Sven and Mark specifically that we dealt with were terrific this week on a major repair for my BMW. They were on schedule, extremely helpful, kept me up to date and explained everything very well as the diagnosis progressed. When I had an additional problem that turned out unrelated to the other work they went out of their way to help and went above and beyond.
Highly recommend based on my experience and will continue to use the services.

Follow up review - October 2022. I had the next service completed this week. Again the service was excellent, great communication, workmanship and explanations, clarity on works required and why were clear and concise. The car came back clean, running beautifully and i feel confident in what has been done. Thank you.

I’ve been taking my 2008 BMW to to GSS for years and am happy to recommend them. I have always found them to be helpful, honest, reliable and friendly. They always go out of their way to deliver a great service, even at busy times. I feel totally comfortable handing them my car and confident that they will do a great job and at a fair price. Another thing I appreciate is that they never “talk down” to me in any way (unfortunately female car owners can experience this elsewhere). Thanks for your great work guys!

A friend recommended GSS three years ago. Hands-down the best Mercedes service we've had over three decades of MB cars. Would never entertain going elsewhere. Our future purchases will be German cars.simply because we know this team exists. When you discover a great dentist or doctor you want to hang on to them, you want it to last - it's the same with German Service Shop. Their service is informative, cordial, timely, impeccable, and reasonable. Plus you could eat your lunch off the workshop floor.

Service is second to none.

Had a blown rear shock. Went in as it was only around the corner frpm work and lucky for me thay had a cancellation the next day and were able to fit me in for a service and a diagnosis. Otherwise it would have been a 6 week wait.

Indropped it off the next morning & after a couple hours I received a call explaining what was required and needed to be done. I agreed to some but not all that was recommended. Mind you it cost me over 2k.

Sven was really good to deal with friendly amd explained everything thoroughly. Very happy with the service, the attention to detail and the presentation of the car when we got it back.

I'll be back to have my euro car serviced here again. Hopefully it's only a service next time.

Absolutely fantastic service! I remember the first time (six or more years ago) feeling nervous about what the car would cost and being spoken to poorly. But the team at GSS are nothing but professional, open, honest and extremely knowledgeable. They’ve been patient with me when I have asked numerous questions and gone above and beyond each and every visit.
I couldn’t recommend the team enough, I’ll certainly be returning many years to come!

These guys were great in helping me out installing my side mirror and figuring out the “mystery” wire that Volkswagen were unable to figure out twiddling their thumbs for 30 minutes.

Although German Service Shop were busy and no longer taking appointments they took the time to look and quickly fix the issue within minutes at no charge for the easy fix.

Will definitely revisit for a future service or any VW related issues!

Brad and team are super helpful and dedicated. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have always been impressed! I echo all the positive reviews here especially as a female driver who's knowledge on engines is limited. Sven is a man of his word and will not take advantange of a customer!
