Have taken my 2011 VW Golf GTI here a couple of times for servicing and repairs. Very impressed with the knowledge, customer service and fair pricing. Would recommend

I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years. These guys are a team and each member care about taking care of your car. Out of the 5 years there’s been a couple of negative things but overall 4 out of 5. So the negatives…when they are busy it may become obvious that your car, afterwards, doesn’t feel like it has been serviced correctly especially after paying around $2K. Something was missed at the initial discussion for example. Secondly make sure when you book your car for a service that you request for a spare car (don’t expect there to be a spare car and don’t expect the person on the phone to ask). I remember after dropping my car off and there had not been a vehicle for me for the day. Either rideshare at your own cost or walk home or to work. Overall they are a good solid team that do their best.

By far the best in the business. The team at GSS are extremely knowledgeable and well managed. Always have done a spectacular job, will never go elsewhere for a service. Will always take this place over a dealership. Tom and Brad are great to deal with.

German Service Shop is the best car service experience you can wish for. Brad has along with his staff the necessary Attention to Detail and always courteous, cheerful, positive and helpful.

Just brought my car (first time) for maintenance today. I must say GSS team is friendly and very efficient. Tom has been very helpful from booking an appointment to collecting my car after the service. And he did explain very well to me what has been done in the service today. You can stop searching! By far the best in town, you won’t find better than the team at German Service Shop. HONEST with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and WORK as well. Was preparing myself to spend thousands of $$$$ on new clutch, they saved me heaps of money by being thorough replacing the clutch fluid first, instead of just putting in a new clutch kit. My car is now running like a dream, smooth as a baby! One very happy customer here, special shout out to Brad and Tom, can’t thank them enough!

I have been doing my two Mercedes service for the last few years with these guys and I cannot recommend them high enough. They have amazing communication skills, they are on time, explain all the requirements and costs involved.if anything should be bought from Mercedes they work with few Mercedes dealer and no hassle for client, they sort it out for you.

This year was the first year I had to rent a car for my service which they offer for free and it was very handy.

I’ve been meaning to write a review since December but have been extremely busy (Apologies for the late review!) I would like to thank Brad, Sven and the rest of the team on an amazing job they did for my car. They went above and beyond to find time to service my car even though they were very busy (I really appreciate it! Thanks!) They did an amazing job and even gave me a loaner car for the day while they service my car. I was also provided a report on what items needs to be replaced, I was even surprised that my car was cleaned professionally as well! I can highly recommend German Service Shop for their excellent customer service and fantastic job done on servicing my car. I will definitely not go to another dealership again as they can never provide the best customer service like what the German Service Shop can provide. My next new car will definitely be service here. Price, service and customer service is fantastic! Excellent job guys!

Brad & Sven went to extraordinary lengths to find this knock in the front of my F15 X5! Not even BMW Australia or a specialist suspension place could find it after numerous visits.
Yes it took a few visits with Brad & Sven, but what was different is they gave me a plan, what we'll do and when.

The level of communication was high, the effort they put in was above & beyond & the quality of workmanship was detailed.

I can not recommend these guys HIGH ENOUGH. First time servicing my beloved Audi outside of Audi Australia's network and with a tonne of research I found Sven, Brad and the team and I was simply blown away. Quality of work, prices, level of visibility on the work being done (info and timing) as well as professionalism and friendliness is unbelievably good, rivaling if not beating the OEM service network. So much so that if you own a German (late model all the way to oldies) and you take it to a different mechanic you are doing both yourself, your pocket and your car a disservice! The only issue with these guys is how busy they are and how early you can get a booking which I hope can be resolved. Go ahead book your car in and thank me later!

Probably the best place to bring your German car. Bradley was a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, he was as honest as one could get. Brought my wife’s VW in and he made sure I understood what was needed and what was not necessary at this stage in time. He also had some tips on how to look out for certain issues which may arise in the future. These are basic info which the authorized dealer will never educate you with, and may even overlook. Moving forward, I have booked another service for my own car and simply put, I will be recommending him to all my friends.

Brad, Sven and the team at the German Shop are fantastic to deal with, they have great customer service, experience and take care of your car as if it was their own!
I’ve been taking my Merc ML250 to them for a number of years and their service is second to none as they are honest, transparent and communicate everything your car requires on the day or into the future.
They also provide a loan car service that is very helpful!
