Worst experience ever. We ordered 5 dishes at the same time. And 2 dishes came fast but the next 3 dishes came 30 minutes later. It was not a pleasant dining experience at all.

Love the fact I just walked in, sat down at a table, scanned the table QR code, ordered and paid for my food via my phone, and then it was brought out. Really nice food, although the drinks were a bit pricey. But I'll keep coming back as the food is very tasty. If they had more gluten free options, I'd be bringing my whole family!

Food is always really yummy every time we go here. Can order by QR code direct to the table. Has a nice outdoor heated seating area as well.

Amazing customer service - Great Food. We were so well-looked after by Mozzie who generously refunded an ordering mistake we made. The food was delicious. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK - great experience!

Been here a couple of times. It is slightly pricy and portion sizes are small. Was pleasantly surprised with the burrito bowl. Big portion, lots of great flavours and textures with cruncy chickpeas and nacho chips but the salmon was very salty. It tasted like bits of cooked smoked salmon which did ruin the fresh flavours of the rest of the dish. Would have rated it 4-5 stars if it was a nicely cooked piece of fresh of fish.

The beef brisket burrito was average and plain. Would have been nice with a small token salad to fill the plate.

Cashless payment. But no warning of card surcharges so was a bit surprised when there was a cost and no signage.

A friend and I went for dinner here. Food was a good proportion. Very tasty. They are cashless. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of seating in and out

Food was fresh and healthy with a great combo of flavours. We had the beef brisket burrito and the chargilled chicken burrito and they were both great. Zuccini chips were also on point as well. Will come back.

Very disappointing that the online menu doesn't detail all ingredients used in the dishes.

I order the pulled pork quesadilla, without pineapple salsa (No option to remove pineapple itself) as pictured I had to pick out the pineapple from my meal. Too bad if I was allergic.

Several tables were free, staff said they were fully booked, a couple left as we arrived. Staff said a table would be available in 30 minutes but would not let us reserve it.

Really poor customer experience being told tables are reserved yet not allowing us, a party of 2 to reserve one ourselves.

Will not bother attending here again.

The price and the blandness of the fish tacos is an abomination. It literally has no flavour at all. Do the chefs even taste the food before they give it to the customers?

Chips were cold and Taco was doughy and just not nice, filling wasn't bad though, wouldn't go back there

It wasn't welcoming or enjoyable and the restaurant was devoid of atmosphere. Siting at the table and ordering from the website on your individual phones (no RL menus unless you ask) was just like being at home ordering uber-eats. No chance to chat over and discuss the menu with your mates or with the staff, which is part of the charm of going out! There was very little interaction with staff, the restaurant was full yet quiet and I can't say I even loved the food this time. The Margarita tasing paddle seemed expensive for it's size and even that failed to help the vibe. I know covid has changed things, but please don't let it kill the fun of eating out.

Set in the surrounds of the Ozone mall at Westfield Knox. Nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive wait staff, and easy parking in the shopping centre car park. The stand out features are the food and drink choices. All of the food is fresh, well presented, and really, really tasty. A good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It is a treat to visit Fonda every time.

We found our meals to be quite sparse on the meats, I ordered a pulled pork quesadilla & it hardly had any pork in it at all, my husbands tortilla also sparse with its meat & fillings. The sweet potato fries were delicious!

Was pretty disappointed with the service at Fonda, I requested lemon lime and bitters and received a half empty glass. I was confused by this so, when I asked where the rest was I was informed it would have been filled with ice? How can half of the glass be ice blocks yet I’m paying for a full glass.

One of my favourite restaurants in Chadstone. But honestly don’t know what happened today. Under new management? Salad I ordered not what I got before. Tried to contact them the menu has changed? Smaller portion and I’m not a big person to please

Food was kinda weird and the music is very loud.the staff were really friendly though.a shame the strawberry and mint drink was so watered down.

Had the nachos. Amazing! Especially since I had them the previous day at another well known restaurant chain. Not even close.

Delicious food, super fresh and yum. Only downside was the service, trying to wave down a waiter to bring us napkins took 10 minutes
