Awesome food, good drinks, can be hectic on the weekends but still a good place to hang with friends. An open kitchen is always a good scene to have.

When someone asks to use the washroom it usually means that they really need to use it. Rude behaviour demonstrated assuming that I won't eat there and straight up no was said by the staff. Never eating here again.

Not the typical Mexican food restaurant you find out there. The plates here are full of flavour escaping the conservative Mexican traditions but filling you with joy and pleasure. I truly enjoyed my first experience here. It certainly deserves another visit.

Went to Fonda in Bondi and this one was a but more casual which was nice. The Mexican bibimbap is a good quick lunch

This is my favourite place for Mexican. They have nice selection and are happy to do gluten free and dairy free. They also have yummy cocktails. The only draw back is the extremely loud music.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, remarkably fresh food and well balanced cocktails. A fantastic venue for a chilled night or private function. I am looking forward to going back.

Nice food but unenthusiastic wait staff. Hint: if people come in with a child maybe you should mention the kids menu (that, for some reason, you keep behind the counter?).

We chose Fonda Collingwood for a Hen’s dinner and were so happy with the entire experience. Our Bride to be is Coeliac, and they took extra care to ensure she could enjoy herself without worrying about the food. We felt well taken care of, thank you. Will definitely be back!

They mucked up our order, but were super apologetic and gave us free food and drinks. Can't complain. We weren't really bothered by it anyway, but were grateful for the free food

I love Fonda, it's mexican that you don't feel dirty after! The tacos are delish and the pork quesadila is so good! The staff are so inviting and super friendly.

Very satisfied with all our meals from entrees and bites to mains, not sure you'll find a better burrito. Side note best toilets in Melbourne very clean.

So, placed an order for food at 3: 43, but the food was only ready for collection at 4: 30pm. Uber gave me free delivery - but 1 hour for delivery of a burrito during off-peak?

When I called them to ask why, why couldn’t care less (in fact, they told me it’d be 15 minutes before the order would be ready, and at the same time it updated to being on the way!)

Horrible service. Not worth the wait.

Came here with a group and none of us could fault a thing!
Food was beautiful and the service was fantastic.
The staff could not have done more to go above and beyond to make our experience great!

Nice food but not great value for money. The restaurant is also too noisy. The staff play music that is really loud, so if you are hoping to have a conversation with someone, you won't have much success.

Fresh and delicious, both items we had were excellent - the fish tacos and pulled pork quesadillas. A great place to pop by for a quick lunch when shopping around the area.

Exceptional chicken quesadillas with a mouthwatering basil dip. Quick service with a smile. Feed me option is adequate if you are not starving. We were starving so we added a burrito which was delicious as well.

Fairly pricey for what you get. Food is fine, but inconsistent. There's better traditional and non traditional Mexican out the around Melbourne.

Well worth the wait! Had the hanger steak and it was hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Salad and potatoes were really good as well. Will have to return. Thank you for your Service

Had my first Mexican meal here and it was delightful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Pulled pork Quesadilla & fish tacos were my favourites. Will def come back to try more.
