81Had a lovely dinner here with my work mates, has the mexi bim bap. Wait time was a bit slow but the food was amazing especially the Horchata, had 3 horchatas last night and all was very colorful, tasty and fresh. Great service, comfy seating, would go back again. Thankyou!
Amazing Nachosss so tasty! And a big portion! I Highly recommend this restaurant if you wan to have some tacos or burritos. The burrito pulled pork has the best pineapple home- made sauce!
The vibes of the restaurant are nice, the staff was so friendly with me, the waiters were attentive and the food delicious. I really loved the orchata.
I love the pork quesadillas and the special spicy sauce you can ask for.
The service was amazing and very quick

Fabulous food, lime chilli marg is so good. Came here with my family, 6 adults and a toddler. The staff gave us a huge booth table at the back and didn't mind the little one being a bit chaotic.
Idk what happened but I used to go there all the time and the last time I went it was trash. The fish in my taco 100% came from a freezer, and the nachos had no toppings and the guacamole has hard freezing cold chunks of avacado. Judging by the other reviews I’ve seen recently the place fell off dramatically.

We had people on the table finished and others who hadn't got their meals yet.
It wasn't busy enough for that to be the excuse.
To be honest, the food was pretty average. The drinks were great tho. The burrito hardly had any flavour (very bland). The sweat potato quesadilla was good though.
WORST FONDA. Do not go here. Management don’t care, kitchen can’t even manage not to burn nachos. Staff can’t manage to pack a drink in a take away order. Honestly laying it horizontally? Genius.

Doesn’t seem hygienic.wiped the dirty table with a cloth with water. In the middle of our lunch we smelled dirty old wet rag smell coming our from the kitchen (hard to explain but like wet washing left in washing machine for 10 days).
Ordered a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was red raw. Called to complain and the woman on the phone said it couldn’t be raw as their chicken is twice cooked. I told her I had a photo to email, have sent it through and still haven’t received a response nor a refund. Horrible
So sad to share this! Keeps on waiting and waiting and they never stop to say packing and packing! Waited for more than 30 minutes and still said some items need be packed again! This makes slow service for takeway and delivery service!
Fonda is always a good experience regardless of which restaurant you attend. Will definitely come back again
Good place, good vibe, good food and beer. Tables however have a very sticky feel due to the varnish. As an engineer I will share the solution: Mix equal parts water and white vinegar in a bucket, clear table of dust use sponge to apply mixture lightly. After which you wipe down with water. Repeat if required.
Incredible cocktails and meals! My partner and I plus some friends of ours went here for our first dinner out in our new area, not only did they allow us to book last minute but their prices and food options were super inclusive.
I recommend the margarita paddle board, super fun to taste different margaritas together.

15% surcharge on a public holiday. Ordered chargrilled corn and 3 tacos it's was about $40 which is a lot of you think about it. They seemed to be under staffed as there was 1 waitress doing all the tables. Food took a while to come. The corn didn't come. When I told them, they said it must've been 'lost' in the order.not sure how that happens when it's ordered through their QR code. Just say the kitchen missed it and didn't make it. If you're going to impose a surcharge then at least get the order right and have sufficient staff.
I really dislike places that use wheat flour tortillas, wraps etc and pass it off as Mexican. However the nachos and the tacos we had were amazing. Service was ok, lovely decor.
