These guys are amazing. I live in Frankston and travel all the way up here to get my car looked after. This is why it still runs like it is new and I've had it for 3 years and pur 70000kms on it. They're terrific. Cam the dealer principal sold me my car and I couldn't be happier. Great bloke, best dealership and service department.

I can say I'm honestly blown away with the level of customer service from Greg up to this point of the purchasing process. He has destroyed the stereotype of quick talking & rude used car sales men as he has had nothing but time for me and my questions.
Wasn't even considering Ferntree Gully Kia's car after initial phone call but then Greg proceeded to reach out and endeavoured to get a better deal to suit all parties.
Very excited for final inspection on Monday, wish it was sooner as if the car is anywhere near the quality of the sales staff I've found a bargain!

As always I love the communication and customer service I receive from Kia especially at FTG but you guys went above and beyond with my first real service of my second Kia Sportage. I had just returned from a week in Echuca and there was bugs all over the windscreen and dog hair all over the floor of my car, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the excellent service of my vehicle, the fact that you vacuumed out the inside of my car and washed the bugs off the windscreen, and then offered a free car wash voucher was brilliant.

What horrible experience, such rude, impolite, uncivil, ugly dealer, horrible customer service, I made inquiry online and went there for the test drive, with min few minutes walking in there, I left upset, disappointed and angry of the way I was treated with within first minutes walking in. Don’t go there, there are so many good respectful dealers out there than this one

Amazing experience with these guys! Purchased from their used car section and got a fantastic Mazda for a great price. All the staff were kind and Greg was so great and really looked after me. I got the car delivered as it was too far for me to pick up without a car and I met Greg and his colleague outside to find a big red bow on my new car and a box of chocolates. So kind of them to do that for me and appreciate it very much. Thank you for an awesome experience after an exhausting few weeks after a car accident. Highly recommended these guys! Thanks again!

Like most people on here my experience with Ferntree Gully Kia was exceptional. The service by the Manager Liam and salesman Jason was nothing short of exemplary. Thoroughly recommend the team there.

Why bother visiting in person - Might as well just buy online at RRP with this Ferntreegully dealer. My Experience in December 2020 - new car sales would not provide a best driveaway price. Aggressive salemen & manager - tried to fillout a sales sheet 1st up. Offered only small discount on older new stock of Cerato. Friends daughter got a great honest deal, plesent experience, fresh new stock instead from Blackburn Kia! So she is still VERY happy elsewhere.)
