I recently bought a new Kia Sportage that I’m very happy with, Josh was amazing to deal with from A to Z. He made the whole transaction so easy, Josh had fantastic customer service, knowledge and was very professional. Highly recommended.

Hyundai I was visiting with my family looking to purchase a New Car spotted a Hyundai we like. But not the right colour. Need to wait 6 months.for them to import the colour we like. Sorry to long.so we moved on.

Over the years I have now purchased 2 vehicles at Ferntree Gully Kia (one new and one second hand). Went to take this in for the initial 3000 km service last year and was advised of a 5 week wait. Had to take it to another dealership. Now at the 15000 service, enquired again at Ferntree Gully and told - 5 weeks for a service. Sent an email to the original salesman and received no feedback. Sent via the website a note to the dealer principal. I received a call from the GM, but I could not take his call due to work, but I have called back now twice and received no reply. I am very disillusioned with the level of customer service, while I am a big supporter for the brand, I will never return or purchase another vehicle from Ferntree Gully again, total lack of after care service. I have relayed this to KIA Australia today, who also took 3 weeks to reply, until I had to pick up the phone and got absolutely nowhere. There attitude was similar, could not care less. Time to trade in on a brand who cares about their customers. Extremely poor
Bought a second hand Carnival that only had 15000kms on it, when we went to pick it up the tyres had been swapped for an older set, two years older than the car itself. One leaked instantly and another was flat within a month. Also there was a warning light for the airbags that came on before we got home which was an hour drive away. We had to drive to another dealer to get that fixed.
Have purchased Kia Sportage there. Always ask for Bob. Very professional, friendly and trustworthy. Will be back!

Bought my Kia Rio SX Limited edition during lockdown and the team made it super easy to finalise al the paperwork and details of email and phone calls was no hassle at all! Once I got to pick it up all the staff was super friendly and helpful!
I’ve never had a problem with the FTG centre before until today. I was quoted $489 for my service when I booked in and advised I was well over the kilometres and gave the exact amount I was over. When I got there I was advised I’d be better going with the service after and instead of a few hours it would be a full day. My partner had to take the day off work as a result and pick me up, we live over an hour away. I called to confirm the price later on and was quoted $318 for a 60k service. I was called again to advise some further information and was told it was now $629 and that I had been quoted incorrectly. I was sent an sms only a few hours later and told it was ready and quoted a different price again. My partner took a whole day off work when he didn’t need to and I was completely unaware of the price increase. Really disappointed regarding the poor communication and confusion and I’ll go somewhere else next time.
Dealt with the team over the phone. Very personable and good service over the phone. Willing to take some money off the list price unlike other car sales elsewhere. Very easy to do business with.
