I am more than happy to recommend Fantastic Services and especially Jaspreet who not only did a fantastic and thorough job mowing, trimming and weeding my garden but noticed my elderly neighbourly struggling to do his garden and helped him finish it for nothing but a thank you. Really impressed. Thank you.

Not good i dont recommended. I requested for end of lease cleaning for property in caulfield on 21st of nov 2018.1. Without my prior confirmation they came 1 hr early.
2. Because kitchen has cabinet he charged 80 dollars extra
3. Guy did no know even how to open range hood or how to open window flyers
4. For a 60 sq meter propery they charged 400. And he said no garanty for cleaning

We required the Handyman Service and from booking to price quote it was an easy process. They arrived on time, assessed the work areas and explained to us that what could be accomplished. They were professional, courteous and friendly. What work that was still in need of repair was removed from quote. We highly recommend Fantastic Services!

Extremely efficient, quality cleaning and friendly staff. Red wine and puke stains completely gone on my upholstery. Came earlier than scheduled time to secure parking, what I love most the online appointment booking is that service availability is easily reflected and I can choose depending on the urgency of my cleaning requirements. Fantastic Service indeed! Will recommend to friends and family.

They will call you to beat the lowest quote you have received and when they come on location will give vague responses and double the price these people are like ransomware virus

They took responsibility and and offered me a complimentry free service

Cost was $750 for an end of lease clean, would have been happy to pay the money for a quality service but.they Miss quoted the price due to a very confusing online booking process which was very misleading, first clean was very very poor and was a struggle to get them back to do the job properly.customer service was poor.did not have a good experience with the company and wont be using them again.i have left a two star rating as i am unable to testify to the other services they have on offer and I'm sure thy have many cleaning crews, some better than others.

They really were fantastic. I can't thank them enough for doing such an amazing job. They went above and beyond to clean my old apartment. It was so filthy after seven years. Best cleaners I've ever experienced.

They did a decent job cleaning my apartment, arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and then complained that there were still boxes in the apartment.
They cleaned the windowsill before dusting the blinds which left a black dust residue on the windowsills which I then had to clean after they left so that wasn't optimal, and one of my kitchen benches wasn't wiped at all.
Be careful when telling them how big your space is rather than booking online and guessing as I ended up being charged extra on the day because of it, I have been promised a refund though.

Great service although they did show up 2.5hrs late. The oven looks brand new and the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely abysmal company. Website is completely non-functional. Requested parking after being explained there wasn't any. First visa they were 3 hours late, second visit, first team cancelled, second team rescheduled, then still late an hour after the reschedule. Third visit, cancelled out right, could no reschedule during the same day (it was a 10: 30 appointment). Finally, we were charged for the 10: 30 appointment THAT DIDN'T OCCUR. Disgraceful. Disappointed I cannot rate 0 stars.

Booked handyman service. Explained over the phone that I needed two doors shaved down and re hung as I had just had carpet laid.
The ‘handyman’ takes one look and says I can’t do that, you need tools. He said he’d get the office to ring me to organize his colleague.
I have heard nothing since and it nearly a week.
Obviously, unqualified, inexperienced and booking staff over phone aren’t much better.

Shah came and steam cleaned our carpets. He was on time, efficient and very professional. Carpets are beautiful. I will use this service again. Thank you.

Could not be more delighted with the fantastic cleaning of our end of lease house. The cleaning crew were easy to work with znd and produced a sparkling finish.
Will definitely use zgain znd highly recommend
