Great communication about when the job would be done and fantastic service; they were able to fix my curtain after I called so many curtain & blind companies and had no luck. Job was completed quickly and I’m really happy, thank you.

Shah did an amazing job of cleaning my oven! It was in serious need of a clean and it now looks brand new. I can’t thank him enough! Shah was professional, courteous and on time. A great experience.

My experience was EXTREMELY POOR. The team was asked to clean the fridge & oven. Afterwards, i discovered mould in the fridge, and burn marks and crumps in the oven. The floor was not washed, and the team spoke very poor english. Fantastic services cancelled a prior job 15 minutes before the schefuled time of the service, and were rude about providing a replacement, WhICH THEY FAILED TO DO! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, IT IS EXTREMELY BAD!

Today Shah came to clean my almost new oven. (Only 6-8 months old). It had become too big a job for me to do with my bad back and my increasing years. He arrived on time, wasting no time, got stuck into it. Within 50 minutes he had completed the job and my oven was back to being new again. Thanks Shah.

Hi! It´s a ripoff! My 75-year-old mum contacted them as she needed to assmble a TV cabinet and they told her that they were going to charge her 60 dollars per hour but that she had to transfer 160 dollar as a deposit in case the job takes them more than 1 hr. They called her the day before to tell her that since they have decided to send two handyman to do the job instead of one (it´s just a simple tv cabinet), it would cost her 50 dollars more. A ripoff just to assemble a simple piece of furniture for a pensioner (they say they have pensionar rates). I do not recommend this company at all. They take advantage of old people.

Shah did a very good job at cleaning our carpets today, he didn’t take long at all and the carpets looked amazing afterwards, would recommend!

Very prompt in confirming as we as turning up. Great service explaining what would happen and how long. Also explained post cleaning care and how long until I could use couch and rug. Thanks heaps!

The service was excellent. Two men hanged my dry cleaned curtains very quickly and sorted out some challenges with the rods. Their communication with me before and on the job was friendly and clear.

Medad is very professional and gives excellent advice and very efficient with the job. Totally satisfied. Highly recommended!

Would not recommend end of lease clean. The cleaners were initially a no show then i asked them to come back twice to do a proper job and even then was not done to standard so I ended up having to do the job myself. When I asked for a refund was given absolute run around and they wouldn’t cooperate. Very disappointing.

The gentleman were thorough and friendly. They quietly and efficiently completed the clean which was complicated by having several items of furniture remaining in the home. They were considerate about disposing of the washing water. They called to let me know their arrival time. They chatted politely while continuing their work. I really liked that they went through everything with me at the start and completion of the job. We all knew exactly what to expect.

The team who cleaned our apartment for an end of lease clean were amazing. They had a great eye for details so that everything was clean. The team finished on time and made sure I was happy with the clean before they left. I would highly recommend the team from Fantastic Services.

Used them for end of lease cleaning as per agent's reccomendation, but they failed to live up to their re-clean promise.

Many areas left uncleaned, especially the bathroom. This is despite giving them a cleaning checklist and a stack of photos of what the property looked like before lease.
Real estate agent sent me a list of areas that needed a touch up, which then I sent to the cleaners. They requested I pay extra for the wall clean which I was happy to do, but when I reiterated the areas that were missed as part of a usual clean, fantastic services were nowhere to be found.

They did not reply to emails or texts, was uncontactable by the real estate agents. Ended up having to go with another cleaning service, which costed another $140.

I was unable to stick around and review the work done by cleaners because I had to relocate to another city. I trusted their promise of a professional, thorough clean, however was left betrayed.

Unfortunate, but I cannot reccommend this company.

PS: They were 3 hours late too.

They showed up 3 hours late and when we called to see how far away they were we were told not far several times. Can forget about repeat business as they clearly don't care about customers.

We are always delighted with the work done by the very reliable staff of Fantastic Services. They arrive punctually, start work immediately, don’t chatter whilst they are there then they gone, leaving a clean home for us. Brilliant.

Fantastic Services cleaned our rental and originally we had a few issues with the quote on the day of the bond clean. After discussions with customer service after the fact - they came to a great resolution for us and were very quick and prompt in responding. Would use again.

Beautiful website, great app, but beware - they’re just full of empty promises and really good at avoiding their responsibility.
Endless frustration dealing with them for end-of-lease cleaning, and when my friend booked their the carpet cleaning service.
You book service company to help you with things you don’t have the time or capability to do. They didn’t do the job properly, and then refuse to come back to fix it.
So do yourself a favour and book any other cleaner, anything but this one.

The guys were here to fix up the poor work of so called flat pack experts Mr Flatpack. Quite a lot of the assembly had been done incorrectly but Fantastic guys knew exactly what to do to fix the problems.
They were efficient, cheap and very nice.
I would happily use them again.

Save you the trouble.
Don’t even bother with this company.
Wasted a whole day and they weren’t even apologetic.

How’s this for a service.
Had a carpet cleaning booked days in advance for an 11am service.
Called us after the scheduled time to say they couldn’t make it and to reschedule and guaranteed they’ll be there at 5pm.
Almost an hour later get a TEXT message saying they’re running an hour late!

Hired them to replace some doors at my house. Medad and his assistant were prompt and professional for the quoting and the completion of the job, even though it turned out to be a challenging one. I would hire them again.
