Great communication from Fantastic Services. We have a regular cleaning service booked with them and have also used their other services like window cleaning, carpet cleaning and oven cleaning. We have been very happy with the service provided and with the response when the service was unsatisfactory. Highly recommended!

Very happy with this final move out cleaning service. The two cleaners took a disheveled house that had been inhabited for 65 years and left it sparkling clean. Every detail was paid attention to. Highly recommend this service.

The window cleaning service has been very poor. The booking time was changed without consultation, so had to be rescheduled. Then it was delayed on the rescheduled day. When a cleaner finally turned up they were not equipped / unable to clean the upstairs windows, which was what I had booked for. Now they are giving me the run around about a refund. Such a waste of my time.
A manager has rung today (the following day) to genuinely apologise for my experience and make amends. They were happy to take feedback with the details of my experience and have offered a discount service in the future. I am very satisfied with the conversation we had and this outcome. Thanks

I highly recommend these services completed by ROBA MAHAMED and tram. My apartment was cleaned beautifully and the old carpets came up better than I thought was possible. Friendly service team, who made the whole process stress free. I will definitely use these services again.

Shah worked solidly for 90 minutes cleaning my oven, bench tops and grill. He did an amazing job, it all looks brand new, which considering its 20 years old is just brilliant. He was very polite and left absolutely no mess at all, I am extremely impressed and highly recommend his work.

I was totally amazed at the service and the result that was achieved. Shah arrived on time and expained what he was going to do and asked if there was any special attention. The result was indeed 'fantastic'. There was one room which I thought was so bad I was sure it was a total loss and yet it came up like new. Will not hesitate to use them again and recommend their services.

Outstanding, thorough and careful clean of my house. All of the small details of a perfect clean and they went above and beyond what I asked for. The cleaners were able to completely remove a large oil stain on carpet. Beautiful finish!

Very professional. I had Ram come over to clean my oven and range hood. The oven is actually cleaner compared to when I first moved in. Very impressed and happy.

- Booked a carpet cleaning and over clean a month in advance for the one morning a month when I knew I could be home from work
- Paid in full in advance
- Text message confirmed service at 4PM the day before
- I moved all my furniture that evening to be ready
- At 9: 45PM the night before receive a text saying no service
- Next available service was a week later
- When I asked for a refund, they refused to issue a check, and instead wanted all my bank account information

Would not recommend. High pressure upfront, unreliable back end.

Communication with Fantastic Services was quick and easy - they responded quickly to my enquires and this was the main reason why I chose them over other companies. The job itself though wasn’t great. Firstly it was booked for a Tuesday, bumped to a Saturday at 8am and then moved to 1pm that day. Tricky and slightly frustrating for anyone but especially so for a single parent in the middle of home renovations with other services booked in. The tiling work on the bathroom floor was excellent, the grouting on the bathroom completely average - it was a facelift type of job and the old discoloured, damaged grout is now reappearing and sections of the wall were completely missed. I should note that I left the grouting to dry for a lot longer than recommended. Tradie was lovely, people on the phone helpful, but not happy with one half of the job at all. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Shah was fantastic! He arrived on time and got straight into it. He was very polite and efficient too. My kitchen has not looked this clean in a long time. Thanks heaps Shah for the great service. Highly recommend for sure!

Shah arrived today to clean my oven, microwave and hood, on time and prepared to keep my kitchen clean whilst doing so. He was polite and efficient and I now have a beautifully clean kitchen to work in. I should say this is after oven not being cleaned for over a year because of the pandemic. Thank you Shah I appreciate the job you did.

We had used Fantastic services 2 years back for end of leasing and had no issues then. This time around we wanted to use them again so I had booked them for 2 services -gardening and End of lease. They cancelled both at the very least minute. We had to frantically look for someone else and ended up with an air tasker (after spending the same amount) and unfortunately the cleaning is not up to the satisfaction of our rental agency resulting in loss. I do understand COVID situation but end of lease is not something any of us can avoid as well. If you are booking them for end of lease please do have back up else you will be out of pocket by $500+ just like us.

At the end of the lease day the cleaner didn’t show up and they didn’t contact me until I call them. The worse thing is that they have no other team to get done in the day. Very disappointed with the managing service.
