Went in for an eyebrow wax and the lady got wax in my eyelashes by mistake that hardened and ended in lashes being pulled out, no apology or refund was offered.
Absolutely in love with this place! I got my eyelash extensions and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Fantastic knowledgeable staff, Palak does beautiful lashes that look and feel natural. Her work is amazing. Highly recommend this place! Definitely will be coming back.
Went to have my eyebrows threaded with 2 other friends. We were all specific with the shape we wanted but were left with horribly thin and uneven brows. BOTH myself and my two friends were VERY UNHAPPY with the service at Exquisite Brows. The women working were careless and rushed, finishing each of our brows in under a minute. DO NOT GO HERE. You will regret it.
An amazing experience. I highly recommend Palak as she is the Queen of talent. I was so impressed at her proffessionalism. Fantastic place to get all your beauty services.
