Unhygienic and reusing plastic items which aren’t reusable! Surprised this franchise is not all over the news yet. There will be a time for everything though.

Panak did my lashes today, totally recommend anyone wanting to do natural lashes, mine turned out great!

Do not get eyelash extensions from here they are absolutely horrible, my experience was horrid never want to go back.half my eyelashes are glued to my eyelid. Do not at all recommend!

I’d been growing out my brows for 2 months and it was finally time to get them done. I showed the lady a reference picture for what shape I wanted. When I looked in the mirror the brows were completely different shapes, one was much skinnier than the other, the didn’t look anything like the picture and honestly were completely ruined. Very disappointed.

Palak was the BEST! She was so nice and sweet. She was very professional and did an amazing job too! I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

I’m actually so angry at my self, for not posting this sooner!
. Take it from someone who quit there job at Exquisite brows (Chadstone/southland) due to being demanded to do unhygienic things to customers which I didn’t feel comfortable doing!

Read my review properly! I worked here! Anjum hired me and paid $28 cash in hand because I’m a pretty blonde who increased sales for your stores!

They weren't terrible but I did ask for full set glamour and she was extremely slow so after a couple of hours when she was finished she said if you want more next time let me know and she had done a natural set which isn't what I asked for. She took so long I couldn't be bothered asking for her to do it fuller. If the customer asks for something then I don't know why you would do something different?

Palak was very lovely, it was my very first time at Exquisite Brows and her service was excellent, she made me feel very relaxed and I’ll definitely be coming back here again

Ask for palek. She’s great. My lashes are amazing can’t complain. I definitely recommend you go to her

The woman I had was obviously new and inexperienced.

I was bleeding and so sore!

My left eyebrow has scarred and you can actually see where she has dug the thread into my brows.

It is worth spending bucks at this store. I'd highly recommend this salon for those who demand quality service. The best at chaddy for me since last 5 years especially the manager of the store and other staff being friendly and deliver excellent quality!
