Exquisite Brows & Spa Chadstone

Definitely not worth it. The staff at the chadstone store is the most non welcoming and uninterested. Not a good experience getting my legs waxed. Untidy work and they were not bothered about my concerns, wouldn’t pay half the money for such a service again. The head office should look into it! Thank you

I went to this place just yesterday (08/02/2023) to get my full face threading done and I clearly told her not to use any wax because I’m on medication, it has made my skin way more sensitive and thin. This lady used wax on my chin area even when I have CLEARLY told her NOT TO! I couldn’t stop her because she put it on my face real quick even before I refuse it. It took my skin off and it’s painful and stinging now. Also she did my eyebrows and that’s uneven as well. Train your staff for the god’s sake cause we aren’t here for free! We pay for the service we receive. I won’t recommend this place to anybody.

Yes I sure can the lady rushed my eyebrows did 2 different shapes this place is not worth the money she didn't even offer to fix them when they grow out again

I had worst worst experience at this place, I could’ve read the reviews before going there.
This girl I don’t know her name ruined my eyebrows, in starting I explained her how I want it and what not to do. She did totally opposite and not admitting that she did anything wrong, she made them very thin and uneven and to correct it she made them more worse, she literally said to me “you came here for threading so I have to remove your hair if not then why you came here”.
If you not doing your job good, behave good. I literally didn’t want to pay anything for this awful service, this was my first and last time there, I would not recommend to anyone specially for threading. Shameful they’ve this bad service place at Chadstone shopping centre.

A lady doing my brow so badly and uneven. Didn’t remove the excess hair but cut my brow in a bad way. Shouldnt do threading if she do not know how to do it properly.

I booked in for a Brazilian waited 30 minutes. I entered the room.and the roomwas still dirty from waxing the previous client I was shocked and walk out out bad service

Didn’t like the service or the result. Not worth the price, for $6 less I could have gone to the eyebrow parlour where I have always been satisfied…

Honestly I’ve went there twice and they have cut my eyebrows their hands really strong although they do good shaping but it’s very painful and I have cuts their hand is very firm which is a bad thing I wouldn’t recommend it

Very poor customer service. I turned up for my facial appointment only to get told it couldn’t be done because of understaffed. The lady didn’t even bother to call me beforehand. She was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic.

VERY FRUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY

The salon I usually go to was busy so I wandered over to this place. I’m happy with the result of my eyebrows! They shaped them well, despite not me mentioning any preferences. Looks nice and even ️ Things were done alot differently than I’m used to but can’t complain.
The only con was the price. Pricey for Eyebrow + Upper Lip but I got good service nonetheless.

The woman who did my eyebrows was very RUDE AND VERY UNPLEASANT. Probably the most rude human being that I've ever met in my life.they are charging $22 for the service and that woman should have provided a more friendly welcome and a service. If you can't treat customers with a friendly attitude I recommend you to stay home cos this world don't deserve people like you.

I just went to the chadstone store for lash extensions- not only was the price affordable but the lovely Shila was so friendly and lovely and did my lashes perfectly.will definitely be going back!

The woman threading my brows was very rude and unfriendly. I asked her to tidy my brows and she threaded them to a thin line and worst of all they were incredibly uneven. One of my brows extended a full half centimetre further than the other and the curves were completely different angles.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had and would strongly recommended never coming here.

Lady was unkind and seemed very frustrated with me for no reason. I was only getting my eyebrows done and she was harshly moving my hands and arms when she could have just explained it to me or moved it lightly. When paying $22 for just an eyebrow threading you would assume they’d treat you with respect and be welcoming. If you’re gonna treat customers horribly don’t work in customer service.
