Exquisite Brows & Spa Chadstone

I really recommend Exquisite Brows at Chadstone Centre to anyone whose looking to shape their eyebrows beautifully!
I would like to specially appreciate the service provided by Ms. Gagan and I always go there to get the service from her as she’s really talented in her work. She’s a pro in reshaping any eyebrow which is not in style. Hema also does a real great job and I always ask for her if Gagan is not available. Thank you so much! ️ No regrets at all!

Staff kept waxing one area several times even after I asked them to stop- causing a rash, they also didn’t complete my wax (went home with hair in several patches) and overcharged me despite advertising a lower price. Staff were very rude when questioned about the price. Would NOT recommend this place

I being regular to chadstone because of gagan does eyebrows very gently and with perfection. She has magic in her hands as she does eyebrows. I love her work.

Not worth the price for plastic and badly placed lashes.people are definitely not fully qualified and I wouldn't recommend, totally over priced

DO NOT GO HERE! Staff are incredibly RUDE and unprofessional, with absolutely no idea what they are doing! Some serious training on customer service and hygiene is needed! DISGUSTING!

Well to begin with she was the only one working there, she took a bit of time attending everyone while doing my lashes.
The whole time i was there the under eye protection was poking inside my both eyes as it was really hard. I am pretty sure that was not for eyes. Well because of that i now have red line and irritation inside my eyes.
As far as lashes go i wanted russian volume i got natural classic with half of the lashes in there.
So instead for charging full they charged half (that was the only good thing)
So if you are thinking about getting lashes here double check your options:)

The service delivered to me was very professional and very well performed. I did Brazilian wax it was perform up to my standard. I felt very comfortable going in for the first time. The hair got waxed patiently in the right direction. I was very surprised how painless it was for me getting it done for first time. I had @palak do my waxing. Very amazing customer service and always professional at what she does. I appreciate the amazing professional effort. Definitely I’ll recommend this to someone ️

Been to this salon as a walk in client and welcomed by the lovely girl palak, had my most comfortable waxing done with her she's v gentle and v thoroughly I'm definitely going back to get my other services done with her

Highly NOT recommend this store! They will charge you with higher price after finishing your service which is differ from the beginning. I did my eyelash extension in $85 one but they charged me $100 without any notification. Honestly, they are not professional at all. First of all, don't you need to clean customer's dusty and oil around eyes with wet paper? There was a white spot stick with my eyelash and then they said 'something on your eyelash but it's not our glue'. Dude! You should clean and be careful, You are the one to do the eyelash extension and you should clean the White spot which is on my eyelash but not let them stick together! And when I walked in to do eyelash take off, one girl said it costs $25 which is reasonable price i think, but the other girl charged me $45 ONLY for removing the barely fake eyelash at the last. That's rediculous… She just removed my fake eyelash with let the glue into my eyes that gave me a lot of burn, and took off some of my real eyelash which i can see on my eyes! OMG! Pls don't let them do your eyelash except you want a lot of pain!

10/10 highly recommend! I got a lash lift and tint and it looks so good! Very professional and good value for money!

I’ve being growing out my eyebrows for months and just needed the ends cleaned up a little. I like them natural, as I starting to explained to leave them thick and just tidy the ends up she said yes and then cut them with scissors, which I absolutely hate, and literally as I was telling her not to, not only are they cut thin they are uneven. So now I have skinnier brows then a 90s girl, and will probably have to spend the next year getting them back to what they were. Never again.

I made an appointment prior to attending and when I got there, they informed me that the technician had gone home, they did not inform me ahead before I got there and I had driven all the way. Extremely unprofessional.

The girls are so rude. When I asked them to check and pull off a couple of hairs leftover on my upper lips, they were so reluctant to check and help me. No respect for their customers. Very bad place and very bad customer service. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Also they no longer apply gel or cream after threading. I literally had to ask for it. What they do is, just thread and go to counter to take money!
