I took my two favourite pairs of boots to Evans to be repaired and they did such a phenomenal job. Definitely recommend these guys!

Took a jacket in for some simple seam repairs- staff were nice but I couldn't believe the estimate I was given, so left it for a formal quote. A few days later they confirmed, $450.00. Took the jacket back and found a local place, who did the same work plus some inside pocket fixing for $90.00, and it's a great job. Evans are nice people, and handy to my workplace, but I won't bother trying them again.

I did not believe my beloved louboutin's and valentino's were repairable. Evans customer service from start to finish was immaculate. There was not a single clue that my shoes had been chewed by my naughty puppy. Will definitely be returning. What beautiful craftsmanship and expertise in leather work. I won't go anywhere else! No matter what shape your shoes are in, Evans always makes them look like they have just left the shop when you bought them. I cannot recommend their services enough.

They quoted me $1500 to fix some very minor/tiny scuffs on my Chanel bag. I sent the bag to them in March. They sent it back a month later and had half done the bag. They discoloured the gold colour on the bag so I sent it back to them again to fix it - now its been 3 months, I still have no bag and I feel sick to the stomach they ruined my gorgeous Chanel bag & I have heard nothing from them. Wouldnt recommend.

I am really happy to pick up my 34 yrs old Repaired Boot. The severed Scuff marks on my Nubuck Leather boots are being repaired which is better than I expect. They have clean, conditioned and waterproofed. I believe it can be worned for another 34 years. I will recomend anyone to repair any Leather products to the store. Thanks!

Top quality repair and restoration/revitalisation on loved premium bags. Expensive, but worth it to have the bags back to their former glory. Excellent communication, turn around time and customer service. Very professional. Will always return to their business.

Very bad service.the staff are’not knowledgable at all and they refuse to inform the manager which after the a bad service and destroying the? They refused to even refund and to meet with us. They don't have the courage to speak or call us back on the phone.not recommending this place even to the people I dislike.not even one star.

The funny thing I just saw their reply after 3 years and just to say that is a lie.
They didn't even offer to fix it.
And who ever is reading this I should point out that on our end we didn't have any unreasonable reaction. It was reasonable. Considering the confident level they have dropping the shoes and assurance they gave us for it to be brand new and in a perfect shape.

Don't waste your money. My husband picked up my boots a few weeks ago and I took them to another cobbler, as I was suspicious of the work they claimed to have done - built up the sole to glue a new Vibram sole to. My new cobbler explained that the sole had not been built up, as Evans claimed they would do. The soles were not evenly applied or flush with the boot - one was longer than the other. Some glue was still visible. The job was extremely overpriced. I called Evans and emailed them with my concerns. One of the responses was that the size of the shoe determines the price! Absurd. The same job at my new cobbler would have cost me $69. Evans also quoted me $156 to replace a zip pull tab. My new cobbler replaced it on the spot for $7.50. They also quoted me $570 to repair another pair of boots. My new cobbler did an amazing job on the repairs for $124. I wish that I had read the reviews before leaving my boots here. Evans emailed me to say that the prices on their website are from an old price list. I cannot believe that prices have more than doubled since they updated their website. They also said that they are a specialty service and, therefore, charge a premium. Most shoe repairers use the same brands and materials for shoe repairs. Shop around, as there are many quality cobblers with reasonable prices - I did, and found one who is professional, uses the same high quality materials and is honest.

I have never written a review until today, The customer service at this store was HORRIBLE. The lady working at the counter was rude and dismissive, scoffed at me and corrected my english (not my first language) when asking a question, refused to help me in any way. I came here many years ago and experienced the same kind of service, I had assumed it was a once off experience, I guess not. Very disappointed.

Thank you so much for getting my beloved Doc Martens back on the road-they look like they'll be good for a number of years. And when they do need new soles again I'll come straight to you since you did such a superlative job. Lisa J.
