Evans – Quality Shoe, Handbag & Leather Repairs

Above and beyond! I came in looking to freshen up a pair of boots. Evans resoled both shoes with high quality leather, and even helped reduce the appearance of some stains. The shoes look brand new, and totally gorgeous!

Paid $500 to have the loops on my Stella McCartney bag replaced in May this year and the stitching is already unraveling. Plus the stitching on the inside looks rushed and unprofessional. Not worth the high price unfortunately.

Amazing service and quality workmanship. Recommended by RM Williams. I will only trust Evans for my shoes/boots repairs. 10/10.

Evans repaired the soles of my very sentimental 17 year old pair of Han Wag hiking boots. The experience was amazing! I arranged a 3-way postage box and the quality of work done was better than new. Walking in them after many years brought the memories of past travels flooding back.

A lovely ambience and great location for this shop where you are instantly aware that craft is at work here. These are people who know their trade, and apply it conscientiously. I find this increasingly rare in our hire and fire society, so any establishment such as this requires patronage, if for nothing else, to maintain quality of workmanship. This is because the service provided and the level of work is far beyond normal satisfaction.

Repair looked brand new. Like nothing was ever broken. Excellent work, great team, and great service attitude. Will always be my first choice for repairs.

I went into get protective rubber soles for my new Margiela boots and they quoted me $250. I understand that Margiela tabis have an unusual shape, but it seemed unreasonable that it would cost that much to stick a rubber sole on a new shoe. I went to The Cobbler’s Last up the road and they charged me $69 for the same job. Won’t recommend. Also, as mentioned in some of the other reviews, the employee at the desk was condescending and seemed too bored to help.

Knowledgeable staff member today helped me pick out some new Saphir products. Very happy with the service.

To be honest I only received a quote However it was so ludicrously high I went elsewhere and had the job done successfully for a third of the price. Maybe they didn't want the job

I took my Leather Jacket (40 year old) to be "reinvigorated" at Evans on recommendation from another reputable & major leather retailer. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism. The staff were also very knowledgeable and courteous! It's superior quality for the discerning customer.

Absolutely awesome service from the Evans team. I had an old tanner and Krolle bag and the handle had dried and cracked. The Evens team handmade a new handle, but the best is yet to come, they did it twice to get the best match. Thank you Evans team!

Outstanding major repair on my English shoes of a legendary name, I get the feeling that the soles will be more durable than the previous repairs in London as the soles are German leather.
The finish is superior to the factory repairs in London.

Evans gets the job done I’ve been to them many times with some that would be written off from other place but great deal of value to me and they were able to fix like brand new! They are a little pricey but that’s what you have pay for good work I will continue going Evans leather with any of my leather issues they do great great work big and small thank you
