Hello, I'm hearing my friends said that this shop is very cheap to do ear piercings, but may I ask that do i need to book ear piercing in advance or we just go there?

Went here to get my nose pierced, been a while since i'd got one and the staff were super friendly and patient. Only issue I had after my pirecing they tried to sell me multiple 'special' disinfectant sprays and made it sound vital. I already had a bunch from a family members and also know how to make my own, wish I was asked before getting it as it took away from the experinced and came across as rude. 40 bucks extra for "special" sea salt spray.which costs me about 3 bucks to make myself or get from a chemist.ye no.

Absolutely cannot fault the team at Essential Beauty Eastland. Jacki is so professional and friendly. I recommend her to everyone!

Great experience, staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable through my first piercing! Was very impressed. Super clean too

They booked me in for underarm laser at 1300 hrs
I was there on time, patiently waiting for 20 mins so I rang the bell next to the front desk a lady said to wait at about 5-10 mins and so I waited.
Customers walking in and out and when a staff came out front treatment room she started entertaining customers that came after me.
I was sitting in front of counter desk and the staff appears completely ignored me.
Very disappointed

Possibly the best service I have ever received from a piercing place. When the jewellery I purchased a few months back broke they replaced with with a sturdier piece and put it into my daith for me. Just so pleased. Thanks again guys.

Got my medusa/philtrum piercing done by Jacki here today. She is really really good! The receptionist was also very friendly, nice and helpful. Thank-you Jacki and staff at Eastland Essential Beauty!
