I hate leaving a bad review but I had to take my industrial piercing out as it was done to far into the flat of my ear

Hit or miss depending on which employee is working. If you're going for a piercing, unless the manager is on (she's awesome), i'd suggest going elsewhere. Most of the staff there are NOT trained/qualified and have no idea what they're doing when it comes to piercings. Went in there months ago to switch out some jewellery and the girl there made 3 of my piercings bleed due to irritation because she couldn't unscrew the bars - instead of halting the process, she kept going for 15 minutes and I was in agony.
Went to another studio to switch out that same jewellery right after and they took not even 5 seconds to unscrew everything just fine!

I'd be super careful about using this particular service. Do your research and be certain. Other than this, Essential Beauty's jewellery selection is great even though most of the staff clearly don't know how to use cartilage bars/rings let alone switching them out/piercing you with them.

The person who pierced my lobes got it done very quickly and was not careful. I had to take out my left earring and let it heal because it was on such an angle that it was touching my firsts. It was nowhere near as sanitised as other places and when marking she used the pen itself rather than a toothpick for more accuracy. They also did a terrible job of cleaning my ears after and I had to clean the purple pen off myself at home. Overall pretty bad experience I’d recommend going somewhere where they actually care about what they’re doing rather than just doing it because it’s their job.

Mikeala is the best. She's professional but friendly and always makes me feel incredibly comfortable. Never had a better wax.

Got eyelash extensions done, had “an allergic reaction”, on one part of one of my eyes - when I called to discuss my concern I was told they would get back to me but never did. Then proceeded to charge me $40 for eyelash removal. Used to come here all the time, it’s a shame

Would not recommend, my ear has not stopped throbbing for days and i believe i am at possible risk of sepsis

I had my nose pierced here in August, and the staff were very professional. About two weeks later, the stone fell out of the nose stud. I was busy, so was unable to go back and ask about it immediately, so when i went back nearly three months later i was expecting that i would probably need to pay for a replacement. When i asked, the staff member (not sure of her name, sorry!) simply asked me what kind it was, and gave me a replacement on the spot for free, and even offered to put it in for me. Thank you so much!

Had my first ever eyebrow wax and tint today with the very lovely Ashley who made my experience comfortable and relaxed. I am extremely happy with the result and have already booked my follow up appointment. Highly recommend.

After having several pleasant experiences with the team at Essential Beauty Eastland, I will never go anywhere else. Having previously experienced difficulties with piercings and being prone to infection because of allergies to jewelry, the team at eastland are highly attentive to customers needs and queries. Customer service is stellar, and quality of piercing is great. I recently had my nose pierced (for the third time due to previous issues) by a trainee, who was incredibly professional, as was her supervisor Ashleigh who took the time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything i needed to know. Will definitely be back:)

I was so impressed with how clean and sanitary everytu was and considering my nerves were going through the roof before hand I felt so at ease.

Amazing Service! The staff are so friendly and experienced and the salon is so clean. The piercings and waxing is very professional, in a sterile environment and the staff ensure they are always wearing gloves. I will never go anywhere else. Very happy.

I have had piercings done for years and years and never had an issue with aftercare or the actual piercing. Twice now I have gotten a non sterile piercing here and had an awful infection that required antibiotics. Out of dozens of piercings - these are the only infections I have had. I am not a novice and use all appropriate aftercare steps and more. Save your money and avoid pain - go somewhere where the receptionist doesnt do your piercing!
