I needed a piercing removed because I had a lot of trouble doing so and Jade (one of the piercers on duty that day) was very friendly and professional. Throughout the phone call and my visit, she offered to squeeze me in and help me sort out the issue instantly without extra cost and fees despite the fact that I had gotten the piercing at a different essential beauty store. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this place (:

They didn’t do the needle part properly, when they did it to me They went slow and I felt everything, my nose started hurting after get it pierced. They picked out a piercing, Although I wanted a different one. Thought I could pick but nope

I got a wax from Lily and she has a fantastic manor and was super professional and lovely. Made sure to check in with me regularly and fully listened about what I wanted and made it one of the best waxes I have had. Essential Beauty is always my go to for waxing as they have a clean and professional set up but it is always a bonus to find a waxer who is lovely without being too much as well.

Booked an appointment over the phone last minute and staff were amazing able to fit me in that day. Kind and professional employees that provided a great experience and took care of me after feeling dizzy following my piercing. 5 stars and more. Thanks Essential beauty Eastland

While I was pleased with the outcome of my brows, it was disappointing that during my first ever appointment with Essential Beauty as a new customer that I didn't feel comfortable in that the technician didn't consult with me on anything to do with my waxing, including shape, thickness etc. I was in and out in 10 minutes which was great but I didn't feel that enough care was taken with what I wanted. In fact, we didn't speak at all during the appointment. I’m addition, I obtained a burn on my eyelid from the wax and she also didn't wear a mask for the duration of my session so that didn't sit well with me either. Not sure I'll be back but completely appreciate this may be a busy/stressful time with COVID. Thank you!

Staff were lovely, and spent heaps of time with me regardless of my really flustered state (christmas time always does this to me) (i’m also disabled and they didn’t draw attention to this once which is always a huge plus) only marked down a star because my forward helix piercing has bruised a lot from the night i’ve had it pierced, and is only getting worse; which could very well be my own skins healing process or how rough the jewellery insertion was, i’ve never had bruising before from a piercing so i genuinely don’t know which it is.

Great service for my daughter's ear piercing. The therapists explained the process as they went, which really put her at ease. Having double operators and a teddy was a big plus. Highly recommend for children's piercings.

This place is great, they have lots of people working usually so can fit in walk ins (however covid has definitely affected this and I'd book,) it's so easy to book online, I love it because I can choose my person prefered and time super easy.
Lots of service options, have had waxing and piercings here and have never had an issue, they are very knowledgeable.

Got my belly pierced for the first time 3 weeks ago, noticed it looked like my skin was healing of the top ball, went back into store to get it looked they said to leave it, still not happy so went to get a second opinion had it removed as piercing was to deep and to high.

You can ask your staff whom they sent off from store saying you are 20 minutes late and we can not take you in when we were exact 8 minutes late for ear piercing of my 11 months old daughter. I even had rung them saying I was already in parking area due to busy parking will be late and still they made me come and told us we can not do it because we were late. We travelled 2 hours to just for ear piercing and even request them to fit us in, but got very rude and racist response from them. I am going tell everyone I know to not to go in this store. At least be little polite even when you say no. The lady on the front desk was the most rude one, thank you for your customer service.

I have had piercings here from Lily before (nipples and nose) and just had two from Jade today (two mid helix). Both piercers were very professional and kind and I will be coming again for more!:)

If you want ear pieced, go somewhere else, to someone knows how to a job properly. Don't waste your time and money at this highly unprofessional place. Very dispointing and will never go back.

I went here to get a piercing on my ear. I wanted to get may flat done. I was called into the room and sat down on the bed. I did what you normally do choose which did you want your piercing done and you piercer should look at you anatomy, to see if you can get that piercing. I had asked my piercer to change the spot multiple times so it wasn’t under the fold of my ear. As seen in the pictures the piercing ended up being right under the fold and on an angle. Instead of being in the light pink part as shown in my photo it’s actually under my fold and on an angle where the back part of the piercing actually comes out from behind the pink (sorry if that didn’t make sense). On the photo with marker on it is where I would place piercing. Blue being an industrial, purple being forward and mid/high helix and pink being in the area of where the flag should have been. Even if I did want to put piercings under this one to make it like a stacked flat it wouldn’t work because it’s pierced on a very bad angle. I had gotten a piercing a few weeks before on my other ear at Knox essential beauty (Knox essential beauty was great) and one of their piercers had looked at my ear and said it may take longer to heal because you have veiny ears, which I was glad to hear them tell me about my ear so I wouldn’t get worried or anything but Eastland eb didn’t tell me anything they pretty much just pierced my ear then I was gone. They did the same to my mums ear it was badly placed and crooked hope they improve In the future.
