I got my second piercing done by Lynette and she was amazing. She was very gentile when doing the piercing and was super accommodating when i need to change my time to get it done and she was also very helpful. I would definitely get my third piercing by her next time.

My sister and I got ear piercings today and Terrianne was absolutely amazing she was funny and so good to talk to I will be going to her for every future piecing.

Chelsea at Eastland is amazing. I was putting off piercings I've wanted for years and finally got the courage to do it. She made time for me, was professional, supportive, encouraging, comfortable to talk to and now my dream came true. I finally have them. After care was explained, jewellery options were explained and I am very happy with the outcome.
Would definitely come back for any more.

Had my lip piercing changed from a silver to black stud, had Chelsea work on me today. She did an incredible job was very informative and friendly had a great personality and was efficient and effective with the whole process. Made my day, keep up the good work.

I was a little hesitant about the discomfort I’d feel but the level of care and detail they took made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. On Saturday I got a bikini wax done by Ash. Normally I get waxed by lily but she had quit so I was booked in for Ash. Ash was quite careless with the waxing, and whilst she did ask me if I was happy with it in the end, the process itself wasn’t great. There wasn’t the same sense of care as what lily would use, and she left lots of wax behind which was a painful discovery. I will now be looking for a new salon to get waxed.

Had the most flawless piercings done by Ash today.
Was greeted with a happy smile and can tell she loves what she does.
Was gentle and talked though everything she was about to do.
Thrilled with the look and results and looking forward to being pierced again in the future by Ash!

I have been to Essential beauty in Eastland randomly for an instant appointment for my 3 year old’s ears piercing. My daughter started feeling unwell suddenly and she was coughing and cranky. I was amazed with their patience and support. They were amazing and helped me whole time, offered my daughter teddy and lollies and helped me to calm her down and did it perfectly. I’m so grateful with their service?

Went here today to get my septum done, the staff were amazing and so accomodating and were able to fit me in almost straight away. I was super nervous to get it done, but they let me have my friend in the room which was so helpful. Afterwards, I was looking in the mirror and decided I really didn’t like the size of the piercing I chose (I chose a smaller option) as it didn’t suit my face. I went back in and they were able to change over the piercing relatively easily, with no extra charge, which left me feeling so much better as I was able to swap it for something I was much happier with. Obviously it isn’t ideal to be swapping the piercing straight after but I am so thankful to the team and to my piercer for at least trying to change it for me as I left feeling much better with something I was much happier with. I didn’t get her name, but my piercer had blonde hair and she was so lovely and so helpful. Thank you guys so much

Don’t go here for complex piercings. Go to a real piercer. Got my lip pierced about 6 months ago. Thought it didn’t look right but I kept it in. Went to a professional piercer yesterday to get my other side done and he was horrified at how high up it was done and the fact it hadn’t ripped out. Had to get it re pierced.

It. Was. Amazing! It was almost painless, the piercer was lovely, and the overall vibe was awesome. I’m definitely going to be recommending them!

Had my right ear piercing hole close over from a dodgy job from when I was younger, now re-piercedand had second piercings in both ears and looks amazing.
I am horrible at trying to remember names, but the amazing lady that did it for me did an amazing job and I love it! I can't wait to wear all of my pretty earrings again!? Love it. Xx

I’ve had my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Lily twice now and she has done them perfectly both times. She is very friendly and ensures that you are comfortable throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend going to her for your brows!
The other girls at the salon are also friendly and make you feel very welcome upon arrival.

Had my nipples pierced today with Ellie. I have been so nervous but as soon as I met her she made me feel so comfortable like I was just a friend. A hundred thousand percent recommend her xxx

I've been to a lot of Essential Beauties but this has got to be the best! Ellie who did my Partners piercing was AMAZING! She handles the anxiety and nerves like a pro and had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience perfect! I live nowhere near here, but next piercing ill make the drive just for her again.
