Went to just get some information about medusa piercing, I thought I needed an appointment but the girl did a great job did my piercing gave me all the information in just 10 minutes. Although I had some cash less on me they said it’s okay and still served me. I thought I will feel a lot of pain or may be my lip bleeds but the girl did an amazing job it didn’t bleed and I didn’t even feel any pain even tho the piercing was done with a needle.

Essential Beauty Chadstone is my go to for all my beauty needs.the girls there are knowledgable and friendly and always provide great service!

Wow. This is by far the best piercing place in Melbourne. The ladies put the piercings in the perfect place on my daughter's ears and it looks terrific! There have been no infections at all, and she said it barely hurt her. There are a range of stones and studs to choose from, and are all brilliant. I'm so impressed!

Merryn is the complete professional! Her attention to detail is second to none, I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Got my daughter's ears pierced back in January. Both ears are still infected. Did everything we could like using the spray twice a day, keeping it clean, even changing to hoop earrings (to let the wound breathe). Called and visited the shop, both times they seemed to blame others factors. Also, on the day of the piercing I wasn't provided with any after care booklets? Nothing at all. Whereas my friends who got their daughters' ears pierced at Priceline Pharmacy and Hairhouse
Warehouse (for cheaper, mind you) were given specific after care instructions. Not happy at all! Apparently expensive isint always the best!

Been going here for 5 years and have never experienced a lady on the phone called me while I was trying to find parking said you are 5 mins late I will have to push you to 12: 50 my appointment was booked for 12 I had just arrived to Chadstone and I said to them I’m sorry but I am trying to park. She was rude and said sorry we had to push you back. I was pretty angry. The walk in sign doesn’t not mean anything. I then had to come the next day and do my waxing. I walked and they said your early for your appointment I said I was parking you didn’t give me a chance to make it to my appointment. Loosing one customer is okay for them but they will now be loosing a customer regularly and will be taking my $70 a month else where.

Great place! Nadia was fantastic and she did a great job. Reasonably priced and the girl at the front was cute. Definitely be back!

Got a peircing on Sunday Afternoon at Essential Beauty Chadstone, the ladies were absolutely lovely and were very easy to approach. Great customer service! Definitely recommend these ladies! Xx

I went to EB Chadstone to purchase the sensitive skin facial cleanser. I told the consultant exactly what I wanted (having tried a sample of the cleanser previously) and she unlocked their product case and handed me a bottle which I purchased for $49. When I attempted to wash my face with it a few days later I realised she had accidentally sold me a burn cream. I went back to the store. The manager initially agreed I should be able to exchange, but after speaking to the owner over the phone informed me they would not exchange because the bottle was open. This seems ridiculous given the consultant was the one who made the error. Customers can't even access the products on their own as they are kept in locked cabinet. Having never bought the cleanser I didn't know what the bottle should look like and assumed the consultant knew what she was doing. I emailed to again request an exchange but received no response.
Have also noticed the staff constantly try to up-sell the whole time you are there. They offer to let you sample an exfoliator by applying a small amount to a tiny section of your face, and then charge you for it. The also make "helpful" suggestions about "issues" you have which feels like they're just attempting to plant insecurities in your head (e.g. 'Your eyebrows could really do with some shaping', 'We needed to wax your nostrils today too didn't we? '. Ummm no). Rude owner, manipulative up-selling staff. Would not go there again

All the staff at Essential beauty Chadstone are lovely. I get all my waxing done here and its always done well.
