I had my nose pierced by Julia a little while ago. Whilst I was extremely nervous Julia was extremely professional and calming which made the whole experience easier.
She took the time to get placement and size of the ring absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Julia.

I've experienced waxing at many salons but none compare to essential beauty and their staff. I highly reccomend Julia, very professional and knows what she is doing! Definitely book your appointment with her if you're looking for someone who will leave you with an amazing result!

Went to essential beauty in frankston to get a second opinion, the lady there said it was 100% crooked.
Asked for a refund and they said it's against there policy.asked for store credit and she still wouldn't do anything. Bunch of c*nts.

I took my 7yo daughter there for ear piercing. Naturally being 7 her excitement turned into anxiety and fear and after much time trying to persuade, she decided not to do it. Because this business knew better than me that this phenomenon is quite common in young children, they charged me in advance for the entire thing and proceeded to tell me that I will not get any money back or an opportunity to book again in the future when my daughter was ready. This is a shameful act that made an already unpleasant situation frustratingly worse. I will be telling everyone I know not to go here

I would not recommend purchasing jewellery from this store. Less than 5 weeks and the stone has fallen off the stud, poor quality for the price. Company does not respond to emails

I had my four months old' ears pierced at EB by Lorraine. I couldn't have asked for a better service. The whole process went smooth. Lorraine was really excellent.

Got both my ear lobes pierced on my own today, first time getting something like this done, and I walked down after finishing my shift at work. The whole process was quick and easy too. Friendly customer service and they used needles instead of the gun. Just a breakdown, you fill out a form with details, show them your ID (16+), you discuss the hygiene practices, and then they get you a worker, who uses a cleaning wipe on your ears, marks where it is going to be and then pierces it. The whole thing took around 7-10 minutes maximum. Got 2 black earrings, they are symmetrical and look great!

The girls at EB Chadstone, specifically Lorraine, go above and beyond the industry standard. I have had almost every painful/ tricky piercing you can think of done here and have never walked away anything other than happy. The girls are polite, professional and actually care about your experience during the procedure. I have even had a painfully botched nipple piercing (pierced elsewhere) saved by them. If you are nervous about adding the next piercing to your collection, give them a buzz and ask for Lorraine.

My daughters both come here regularly to vet their piercings and are very happy with the service they receive

I have been going here for years, piercings and waxing you name it and I have never had a bad experience. The girls here are so lovely, helpful and professional, Lorane and Tara are the absolute best!

The lady that did my piercing was so lovely.however, i was sold the wrong after care spray so instead of a saline solution i got a soothing body spray! 16 bucks for the wrong one

the piercing was done a bit lopsided but i’m still hoping for the best right after i purchase a new aftercare spray from a seperate seller

edit: guess what everyone the septum is migrating so i have to take it out before it rips thru the bottom of my nose don’t waste ur 100 bucks lol! ️

The lady that did my daughter's ears piercing was lovely.
However I got very upset by the prices charged are extremely higher than the website promoted.
This place is over charged what they has advised on the website. And the receptionist was lying without her eyes blinking about the price changed from store is new, the website didn't updated. Then the other lady was saying because the needle piece are new tech blah blah blah. The most important is their attitudes and services are the worst experience I have ever met.
Nearly 100 bucks for two ear lobes, how ridiculers.

Really disappointed with my second nostril piercing, I understand that noses aren't symmetrical however the second is visibly lower than the first and it was like pulling teeth trying to get it fixed (they didn't)

So I wasn't the one who got a piercing done so I can't comment on that BUT I can comment on the staff's behavior when my friend and I were there.
When my friend was talking to her, they acted like they did not want to talk to her at all but the worst thing is that, THEY WERE SO JUDGEMENT. Like they were looking at us up and down. Left and right. Making faces, rolling their eyes, just nasty looks. It made me feel really inferior being in that store.
