I had a piercing done a while ago at Essential Beauty Chadstone. The piercing felt uncomfortable and wasn't healing properly. Whenever I would move it would tug on my skin around the piercing.

I went to other professionals and was told the piercing was pierced done incorrectly; the piercing was inserted lopsided and that's why it kept pulling on my skin when I moved.

I went back with this information and was told that the place I got this information from is known to say these things and not to trust them. Pretty shocking to hear this instead of being helped with my issue. Very appalling and unprofessional. I would not recommend this Essential Beauty chain-store to anyone - especially for piercings.

I got my ears pierced a couple years ago at this place, it was fast and the antiseptic spray provided had minimal sting.

After seeing the covid safe protocols in this store last year, it was scary to see how they had completely neglected them this time around.not a single employee out of the four that i saw was wearing a mask.the fact that this is the type of business where the employees are getting so close to your face with their own just makes this even more concerning.chadstone is such a big and busy place - you can’t afford to take risks like that for absolutely no reason.literally so gross.please do a better job and think about other people.

Had my wax done here after an awful waxing experience elsewhere. Jennifer was so knowledgeable, friendly and gentle and made me feel completely at ease. Cannot thank or recommend her enough

I was really happy with pricing and the skill for my ear piercing.

It was considerably cheaper than HairHouse Warehouse, and the post piercing was a lot less painful - it's been 2 weeks and I'm in a lot less pain this time around than last time.

Their policy that you can use your own antiseptic spray, rather than purchasing another bottle that wouldn't be used and go to waste, I also really appreciated that. The staff also didn't pressure you into buying more expensive earrings or whatnot, which I really disliked at Hair House Warehouse.

Would come back but I think I'm good for the number of piercings I have

Staff were nice enough but I find it difficult to believe every staff member has an exemption from wearing a mask (and they even went to the effort of making a poster saying as much and putting it everywhere). I think they're more likely just abusing the system which shows a complete lack of care for their clients!

Sometimes the staff is rude and I guess its expensive then other piercing vendors but overall happy with service.

All the girls are so lovely and good at what they do. Have never had an issue and I always get looked after so quickly and well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I got an eyelash lift and she overcurled them id had them done 5 weeks before and I told her this if it was to soon she shouldn't have curled them. Thry were burnt and broken off I went in to see them after and was told they were overcurled and nothing else was done.

I am not sure how to feel, the piercing went great and they had nice jewellery but the aftermath was the problem (keep in mind I have no health problems or defects). I followed all the instructions I was given and got the stuff but still after 1 year and a half It has not healed, all my other piercings took barely any time to heal.

I got my young daughter's ears pierced there and the girls were amazing. They made my daughter feel at ease, they were so sweet to her, they were quick and my daughter LOVED the teddy! I would highly recommend Essential Beauty Chadstone for piercing young ears as a lot of places use a gun and Essential Beauty Chadstone uses a needle which is much less traumatic for young ears. Thank you so much ladies, you were fantastic and my daughter loves her pink earrings!

Staff aren’t very friendly and seem to really dislike their jobs. I wouldn’t recommend going here, especially when you want nice and comforting people looking after you when getting piercings etc.

I just got my ears pierced and the staff were so friendly and comforting it was quick and less painful than the first time I got them done! Highly recommend!

They says double operator for childers ear piercing.but, it's not true. Just a week ago i took my 6 months old daughter for ears piercing. The service was so horrible.the staff was not so welcoming. There was just one person who operated on my baby.pierced her ears one at a time which was so so painful for a 6 month old. Would never visit again.

Maybe they are good for piercings!

However, they are not professional in waxing and people in there are very awkward to talk/enquiry anything about.
Chadstone is close to me and very convenient to get to but I have changed my mind about this place.
