Staffs are nice and friendly. Their cost is like twice more than my previous piercing tho.

I have been given amazing service by all the women working there every time I’ve taken a trip to this beauty shop. I first went there for issues with a third lobe piercing I got done in Thailand. They gave me good a piercing cleaner and actually suggested I get it re-pierced as it was done very poorly. I was hesitant because of how irritated it was but I took their suggestion and let them re-pierce it. Surprisingly it was instant relief! All the redness, swelling and irritation went away the next day. I’ve also gone in for some waxing. My skin can be very sensitive to wax and break out after. But I had no issues with their wax and the woman who did mine was very kind and made me feel very comfortable! I am definitely now a returning customer and will also try out their other services soon.

I just got my nipples pierced by Makena and was the best decision ever, she was so lovely and talked me through the whole thing would 100% recommend

I understand that prices are increasing everywhere, but $52 for a brow and lip wax is just way too steep for anybody. It takes no longer than 10 minutes usually when I get mine done.
That’s how you LOSE business, by charging too much. I felt horrible turning away but I don’t see the value in that at all, just for it to grow back again in two weeks time to spend another $52. I ended up going somewhere else and paid $28 for the same service.
I’ve always loved going to essential beauty and most times I’ve had nothing but a relaxing, professional experience with the results I’ve wanted but sadly I cannot return due to these prices. When you decrease them I will return.

Had two piercings performed here and the service was incredible! I felt comfortable the whole time, the girls were so lovely and I absolutely loved how they turned out!

The owner is rude and the prices are extremely high. I wouldn't suggest going here.

I'm not saying essential beauty is a bad company. They are all owned by different people, so the prices and service can be different depending on which one you go to. I would suggest calling around to different ones due to I've noticed some of the other ones have better customer service and reasonable prices.

Went to get some ear piercings for my daughter. Felt like I was rushed through the whole process a bit and the holes ended up quite uneven. When I asked for the dot to be placed a little lower it was drawn way too low which looked way off. Ended up just going with the original placement which I wasn’t so happy with either. In hindsight I should have been more assertive about trying to get the placement right but honestly I felt there wasn’t much customer service going on. Wasn’t like an accomodating, friendly vibe overall so was a bit taken back by it. (One of the comments for example was that it would look a bit different with the earring in but it didn’t. It looked exactly the same in placement as the dot.) I think if I were to do it again I would be able to handle everything better. They can do good piercings just make sure even if it takes some time to be 100 percent happy with the placement. From the booking times available they have like 5 minute slots so maybe that’s why it all feels a bit rushed.
Something to note is that the price is higher than on the website because they only use the needle method and don’t have the gun method.

Edit: second experience 2 months later was better. Pricing discrepancy updated however depending on which earnings you choose price can be higher. Would recommend Julia.

I got my Helix pieced today with my friend and we both loved them, everyone was so nice and the lady who performed the piecing was so lovely and knew that I was nervous and she was very kind and very sweet her name was Makenna.

I’ve always been nervous and self conscious about having waxing done because I have sensitive skin. The girls at essential beauty made me feel incredibly comfortable and gave me great advice. The girls have created such a professional and non-judgmental environment. Very affordable too. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to essential beauty chadstone for over 3 years now. Not once did I not receive the best of services, not once did I not feel anything other than welcomed there. The staff is amazing, the service is amazing and most importantly the outcome is impeccable. I had the pleasure to meet Sanaa the new head manager at the salon and she was so professional and made me feel like family. I’ve always been more than satisfied and essential beauty chadstone will forever be my go to salon. Lots of love to the beautiful team there.

I had this one girl her name was Rebecca and she was so lovely loved the communication and patience with me she made me feel so welcome she was gentle and got all the hairs out, but this one girl with a very strong American accent was so loud and was not a pleasant experience. I come there to be relaxed and get away from my kids, and she was quite rude with her facial expressions towards me. Was not happy with that at all and the only girl that I’d asked for is Rebecca when I’m come again for my next service

I had a piercing done a while ago at Essential Beauty Chadstone. The piercing felt uncomfortable and wasn't healing properly. Whenever I would move it would tug on my skin around the piercing.

I went to other professionals and was told the piercing was pierced incorrectly; the piercing was inserted lopsided and that's why it kept pulling on my skin when I moved.

I went back with this information and was told that the place I got this information from is known to say these things and not to trust them. Pretty shocking to hear this instead of being helped with my issue. Very appalling and unprofessional. I would not recommend this Essential Beauty chain-store to anyone - especially for piercings.

I had a fantastic experience at the salon today. Julia managed to fit me in last minute for a brow wax and tint and did an amazing job! I’ve been on the hunt for a new brows salon for a while now and I’m so pleased I tried this place, will definitely be a regular from now on. Thanks again Julia I love my brows!

I got my nose pierced at a dodgy store and it ended up getting infected. I came here to get it replaced by a professional, they gave me professional advice on how to keep it clean and help it heal properly. Very good service 100% would recommend coming here.

I went and got my septum pierced and I had Tara do my piercing and she was so so amazing, made me feel right at home, she was so nice and bubbly and so informative!

I recommend her a 12/10 absolutely loved it!
