Bought a new car in late November. Simple enough

Car air conditioner failed in late December at 2500km and dealership doesn't want anything to do with me; end of January service with no loan car. No returned emails or calls to the sales team and service team gives the same response.

Would suggest giving them a wide berth given the after sales experience

Luiz was professional, attentive, helpful. He also gave us all the information we needed about our new Tiguan, to enable us a safe trip back home to Mildura.

Luiz was also proactive, along with Daniel from the parts department to follow up a defect on the car which we look forward to resolving ASAP in the New Year.

Isabella, Hayley and Quinnie were also very helpful.
