**Stay Away from Essendon VW**

This is my second time dealing with Essendon VW, and it's been a nightmare from start to finish. The first time, they actually damaged my car during service, and when I wrote a review about it, they had the audacity to call and pressure me to edit or delete it.

My second visit was even worse. They tried to charge me a ridiculous $450 for an inspection, followed by another $400 for service, and promised my car would be in great shape afterward. However, upon picking up my car, things only got worse.

Firstly, my car wouldn't even open with my usual key, so I had to use a spare. Then, I discovered that my windows and sunroof wouldn't budge, and my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights. My car's performance was also severely affected, even in race mode, it felt like it was in comfort.
And had small chip in my wind screen where they inspected but didn't tell me about it
Frustrated and feeling taken advantage of, I decided to seek help elsewhere. I went to a service center and, for just $300, they fixed all the issues that Essendon VW claimed needed expensive repairs.

My experience with Essendon VW has been nothing short of a scam. Please, save yourself the headache, frustration, and money by avoiding this dealership at all costs. They don't care about your car or your wallet – all they care about is taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.

I would like to thank Steve from spare parts for going out of his way to finding a part for my build where others dealers said they couldn't help me. It literally took him a few hours to find the exact part I needed. Would highly recommend Steve to anyone that need parts especially when other dealers don't have time to listen. He sounds like he loves what his doing and a car guy which is hard to find these days.

Maurice was fantastic to deal with regarding the finance of my vehicle. All of my questions were answered and the process was timely and seamless. Thanks so much to Maurice and Matt C for all of your assistance. Very happy customer!

Extremely happy with my experience this time and it was worthy to travel from SA to VIC just for getting a car within ONE day. Recently purchased a brand new VW T-Cross from the dealership and could not recommend the service more. Matt Bianco the salesman provided excellent service and flexibility with getting a test drive set up and helping me select the right car, and Maurice in financing helped secure my deal and worked through all the paperwork to do that as painlessly as possible. I was working night shift at the time so the pair of them made sure to work as quickly as possible while I was awake and I appreciate this very much. Highly recommend

Lovely team at VW Volkswagen. Personally the best part of this dealership was their incredible range of used prestige cars, in addition to the VW range. The variety meant it was a one stop shop, as I was able to look at various makes and models, confidently choosing what was right for me. Prices were also very reasonable in comparison to other dealers. Highly recommend this dealership, in particular my salesman, Xavier.

Hi I just had my Golf R front brakes replaced; rotors, pads, sensors etc.

It was my first time I had my car there and Khodar the service assistant was fantastic.
Firstly he got me in quickly, the car was completed in 3 hours however the best part is Khodar was able to offer a loyalty discount. I also have 2 other V W s that I now intend to service at Essendon.

Volkswagen AUSTRALIA should offer VW owners a loyalty discount without asking; otherwise there are plenty of independent service centres to go to.

The guys helped me out when I was in a bind with a fuel filter issue. Shout out to Khodar who is part of the service team, he was able to fit me in to the service queue even though it was packed after a long weekend. He was informative, factual and trustworthy, he helped me understand the issue which I really liked and put it in terms I would understand. The issue was resolved quicky and I was on my way - I'll continue to service my car here with the team.
