If I could give 0 stars I would. Wouldn't even buy a can of coke from the vending machine at this place. Worst customer service and car ever bought!

Although Customer Service was good, quality of works undertaken and ability to identify issues already highlighted by the Customer about the car needs major improvement. Had informed the service department about an issue to which the response was no issues identified, then to only come back home and see the problem still exist. As if the mechanics did not even bother to pop the bonnet open! Disappointing…

I was weighing up on whether to purchase the VW T-Cross or a different small SUV. What helped me decide was the outstanding customer service of Shamis who made the whole process hassle-free. The situation is pretty fresh but so far I'm very impressed.

Terrible, can’t organise anything. I’m going to have to go back 4 separate days for 1 service. Took my car in as booked, turned away because the next day they are closed and they wouldn’t be able to finish in time. I’m switching service centres.

Recently bought a used car at Essendon VW and the service and attention by Alden Cordova was excellent. He was kind enough to allow me to take the car to my mechanic and at no time did he try to push the sale. I felt very relaxed and comfortable in dealing with him, it was a very positive experience.l definitely would recommend anyone to deal with Alden and l'm sure the rest of the staff are great also.
