Wow. A service department that actually has the skills to diagnose and fix a problem! I drove across town to use them and it was worth the drive.

Highly recommend Matt at Essendon Skoda for helping us to buy a used car. He was easy to contact via email and super friendly in person- no slimy sleazy car salesman! Thorough with showing and explaining the car’s functions and very fair with making the car price worth our while - we got new tyres, brake pads and upcoming service thrown in as well as a discount on the advertised price. We bought a Kodiaq from Essendon Skoda and the pre-purchase attention and support, delivery and deep knowledge of the vehicle were all a standout. Customer Service sucks. Sad, because it's a good car.
Customer Service was better at our second visit. Wonder why? Was it because they knew we were buying the car? Or was the sales guy having a bad day the first time around?
