Purchasing a car from this dealership was easy, efficient and straightforward. Friendly and helpful Sales Manager handled everything on time as promised. Delighted with my new car and would highly recommend a visit.

We had gone to Skoda Essendon with the intention of test driving the Skoda Karoq, but we ended up buying it. Our sales rep was Allan Liu and he has been nothing but supportive from the beginning to the end. He was very patient and honest as we had many questions about buying our first car and also helped us get a great deal. The entire car-buying process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, thanks to Allan. I highly recommend Allan to anyone in search of a professional and friendly car sales representative. Additionally, I found Elizabeth, the finance manager, to be very understanding and flexible regarding payment options. I really appreciate the efforts and understanding shown by both Allan and Elizabeth. Thank you, guys!

Buy your Skoda from another dealer. It has been 119 days and counting and the Service Team has not fixed the AC system on my Kodiaq. The lack of communication, empathy and basic customer support is not aligned with the Skoda brand.

I can understand manufacturing and supply chain issues. I can't understand why I have to chase your team to get an update and an ETA for a repair.

And when the Service team tells you to call Skoda Australia Headquarters for further assistance and gives you a number for a Call Centre in the Philippines that in their own words, "has no way to communicate with Head Office" - it is unacceptable. The call centre literally put me on hold to call the Essendon Skoda Service department only to return and say that they can't help me because the dealer needs to authorize the request.

I imagine that Skoda will respond to this with an apology and some commentary about "how they value customer feedback. " The reality is when you can't fix my car in 4 months and can't be bothered to provide an update or basic customer support, you just don't care.

We've had such a wonderful experience buying our new Skoda from Essendon Skoda. Dale is really helpful and has provided us with great service with attention to details, fast delivery and informative instructions, making our purchase smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at Skoda service centre in Moonee Ponds for the very first time since I purchased my car from the same dealer. I must say Aaron at service desk was very welcoming & helpful and explained all the details very well. The service was completed at the scheduled time & Aaron also kindly provided me with loan car for the day. Extremely happy with my visit for car service this time.

My vehicle was experiencing an issue with the stereo functionality. When I called to discuss this with the service department, a gentleman named Aaron assisted me by booking my vehicle in the next day to be looked at. Aaron was extremely helpful and explained the process very clearly, and also gave me some context about how they manage these warranty related issues with Skoda Australia. The issue was remedied the next day and Aaron had my vehicle washed for the trouble. Great service, and turned what was an otherwise frustrating time (car is only 18months old) into a positive experience. Thanks Aaron.

I stumbled across SKODA. I arrived at the ESSENDON dealership one Saturday aftrenoon, intending to test drive a Kamiq after watching some reviews. Looking back it was a kind of a 'GOLDILOCKS' story. I'd tried/test driven the entry level models of the Subaru Forester, Kia Sportage, RAV4, Mazda Cx3 alas when I arrived the Kamiq was out on a test drive so I took the Karoq instead. Hmmmm and I liked the feel 'was just right' - I then tried the Kamiq, it was good, but I remained smitten with the space, steadiness and luxurious feel of the Karoq. Mustafa the salesman was fun, upfront but not pushy, his manner was at the same time warm whilst efficient. I trusted him, though he joked 'you can never trust a cars salesman' but I learnt I could ask him anything and he would answer me honestly. I said I'd go away and think about it - and then I could not stop thinking about it. I called Mustafa with many other questions, then put down the deposit and now goldilocks is happily driving her new Karoq

I appreciated the opportunity for a long test drive so I could really get a feel for the vehicle I was interested in. When I took delivery of the car the handover was very clear and comprehensive. Friendly staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. We booked a service a month prior, including a loan car with all details provided. Arriving on the day of the service we were told our car was not booked in and that they have no loan cars available. The soonest we could book in again was another 2-4 weeks away and there would still be no loan car available. The man at reception was extremely unhelpful and we didn’t even receive an apology for the efforts we had gone to. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Recommend deer park Skoda who provide confirmation texts and follow up.

I loved my experience in Skoda Essendon. The staff members were very kind and informative, especially Mustafa. I did not ended buying a car from them but will definitely try to get one from them for my business next time!

Very disappointing!

We bought a brand new Octavia RS in December 2021. The salesperson at the time said the car was already on the ship coming to Australia and delivery would be Mar 2022. I called dealer in Feb 2022 and was advised Salesperson no longer worked there + ship was stuck into quarantine in an unknown dock. New ETA was 5th May 2022. A new salesperson was assigned - whom never called for a follow-up.

Early April 2022, received a call that car is already there. 2nd Salesperson also no longer works there.

Mustafa, who apparently is the manager there delivered the car to us. When checking the car, I saw that they did not prepare the car properly and there was still dirt on the wheels + a few spots on the body.

When I pointed the spots to Mustafa, he grabbed a cloth from wherever and started rubbing. I told him to stop but he kept going. He then said "sorry, we could not meet your expectations". I now have some light swirl marks which I need to get rid of myself.

He said he was going to send me an email about my extended warranty, but never did.

We paid $2,500 for pre-delivery, yet the car was not properly prepared for us. And Mustafa was annoying in his own world. He does not listen.

Do not go there. Lack of integrity.

First time customer into this dealership, definitely our last. Organised a vehicle service, booked a loan car for the day. Nobody informed us that we needed a physical drivers license and another form of ID. Out of all days, I had left my wallet at home and the service manager Hassan was not willing to compromise, nor find an alternative solution. Instead, he suggested to take public transport home. Emded up calling an Uber, but on the way home decided to call the owner to explain the poor experience. Not only was the staff defended, I was told I would get a call from the dealer manager later on in the day but received absolutely nothing.

First time customer into the dealership and had to fork out for an Uber back home to get my wallet and travel 1 hour up and back to get the loan car.

Overcharged and underwhelming service.
