Fantastic dealership! Even though we bought a used car from Skoda Essendon the customer service that we received was 5 star like how you would expect when buying a new car. We even had our car wrapped up like a new car which was so nice to see:)

The whole buying experience was smooth and they especially Mustafa made it straightforward.

I had struggled to find the right car for quite a while. I spoke to Brett at Essendon Skoda and he couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't commit to a car that first day but when I was ready to pull the trigger I called Brett and went back in for a chat.
He really made the whole experience so relaxed and easy. I settled on the Octavia Limited Edition and Brett was right, it is the perfect car for me.
I couldn't recommend these guys more. Great service and impeccable cars!

Walked in, not greeted or even an acknowledgement, staff too interested in their phones and not wearing masks.

Car service fine but always seems disorganised. Booking a service seems trickier than it need be with technology available today. But Skoda cars are still excellent bang for buck cars

We recently went into Skoda to test drive the Karoq. While we suspected we’d like the car, what we didn’t expect was the outstanding customer service. Nicholas was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and made the process super easy. We knew we didn’t need to look any further. Mustafa also went over and above to accommodate and Chantelle was brilliant in finance. I can’t wait to go back to pick up our new car- bow and all!

Absolutely amazing service, polite and very prompt. I came in with my partner on Friday, to have a look at the new Octavia Wagon, fell in love with it. Applied for the car straight after the test drive and was approved Monday! Drove my new car home Tuesday. Nicholas was great with answering all our questions and delivering the car, Chantelles was fantastic explaining all the financial side of things. Over all, great experience and will definitely come back to the same dealership for service.

I am a happy owner of a Skoda Yeti which I bought from Essendon Skoda back in 2013. Still have it and hasn’t missed a beat. Always been serviced at Essendon Skoda under the watchful eyes of Cameron and his team. I just signed up for their 4 year capped price servicing which I think is a good deal. Thank you Essendon Skoda for keeping my Skoda still feel like néw!

Great experience at Essendon Skoda. Dealt with Nicholas. He patiently answered every question I had about the car. He is very knowledgeable and made the entire process from inspection, to test drive to purchasing the car absolutely seamless! Nicholas also helped me trade in my beloved Merc. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep for this entire process. I cannot recommend Essendon Skoda highly enough to whoever is in the market for a Skoda!

We bought our skoda superb 206tsi wagon almost 5 years ago, since then Cameron and now Scott have maintained it to an exceptionally high standard, they've always gone that extra yard when diagnostic expertise was needed ie: intermittently the car would just stop and require a tow, Cameron drove it until it did it.weeks.then traced it to a compressed wiring loom under the dash.problem solved. Essendon Skoda service department is an excellent resource for anyone who owns a skoda.

Booking in was easy and there wasn’t long to wait for a service (unless I needed a loan car). Good work, backed up by a professional record, plus brief video of car inspection. Costs more, and is further away than, my neighbourhood mechanic, so we will keep using both.

I had a very bad experience with the Sales team at Essendon Skoda, As a customer, I asked for a deal for the new skoda kamiq at AUD 39500 which was retailing for AUD 41800 and the expected answer/response was a yes or a no or they can't do it. That simple. This Senior Sales consultant Nicholas Di Sisto had the audacity to write me an email exactly stating this. " For that sort of money you're not looking at premium European product that has all the features included in the travel pack you're more in the market of a cheaper Asian competitor brand. Maybe try Subaru or MG as they still have great cars that will better fit your budget. " I had to give him a befitting reply back on his email saying his suggestion was unwarranted and unnecessary.

To top it all, I did get a deal from another friendly and professional skoda dealer at Nunawading who gave me the best deal for the car I wanted.

If this is the kind of sales personnel that are employed by Essendon skoda, I would definitely ask everyone to shy away from this dealership and not deal with such arrogance. A Really bad experience for me.
