75Dealing with Essendon Skoda was so stress free, but professional. For some.trading a car can be quite an emotional time. After feeling very deflated by another dealer, Nick was able to make my dream come true. He listened to what I wanted and acted upon my request casually, but skillfully, and I even had choices in colour. This was a very easy and pleasant experience, thank you Nick! I look forward to receiving my dream car on Friday.
Although I'm in NSW, I chose Essendon Škoda as they were one of very few dealers to have a fully optioned Fabia in stock that wasn't one of the latest "run out" models (which are missing options like heated seats).
I made an online enquiry via their website which Nick Di Sisto replied to on the same day.
I secured the car at an agreeable price and organised to collect it over the coming weekend. Just as Melbourne went into lockdown due to an outbreak of COVID-19.
I made last-minute arrangements with a car transporter to collect the car and deliver it to me. Despite the short notice, Nick had the car prepared well ahead of time and the delivery process was no fuss whatsoever.
The car arrived clean and despite being a demonstrator for a couple of months, it was absolutely faultless.
An Essendon Škoda branded wine gift pack and fancy metal keyring were nice touches that I haven't received from dealers even when buying cars that cost much more.

Picked up my new Octavia this morning and the team at Skoda were a pleasure to deal with. Not pushy at all unlike most of the other car dealers i dealt with when looking for cars. Car arrived within expected time frame in perfect condition.
Alan was friendly and easy to deal with throughout the process and although I didn't take up their finance offer I found Daniel to be easy to chat to and knowledgeable in this space which I appreciated as I work in lending myself. Thanks team.
I literally just had handover of my 2021 Skoda Scout and I couldn't expect better service. I was given a rundown on the vehicle, had a coffee and was seen off with a smile.
We love our new Skoda Kodiak. Our Positive feedback would be that Customer service was energetic and presented well. However it felt rushed, like they wanted to move me on, so they can get to the next customer as quick as possible (something I usually experienced at any car dealerships!) Also I didn’t have a receipt of sale when we drove the car out of there, and it would have been nice to get a quick run though on the future major service details.
Having said all this, at a time where new car sales/demand are through the roof, the customer service may feel overwhelmed. Is this the case? If so, what can Skoda do to provide better service in these situations?

For your own sake, never visit Skoda. Its all lie and they are just cheaters with no sense of customer satisfaction. All you will get is being mentally tortured.
Never visiting Skoda again, especially this particular dealership. They have no idea anything about the cars but still selling it. What a FOOLS!
Purchased our Superb from Essendon Skoda 4+ years ago. Love driving the car (when my wife allows). I travel from an outer eastern suburb suburb to have car serviced at Essendon. I could have it serviced at a closer dealership but choose to go to Essendon. At every point of contact with Essendon the service levels exceed my expectation. The service team led by Cameron is an example of what service should be. Cant fault them.
What is with Skoda dealers? After a call and very keen enquiry about a car, was promised price details that afternoon. 3 hours later nothing. Called back again and was promised the details that day, never sent anything.now we have a quote for a different car so will go with that.
I have always received the best service from Essendon Skoda. Never had any issues and always given me the best advice. On top of all Skoda makes amazing cars. Thanks guys!

This was the second time at the dealership for scheduled servicing (and the third time there in total) and I'd have to say that their level of customer support has probably grown (if that is at all possible!)
Seamless check in/ check out and a detailed report on what may be needed at the next service.
All in all I've found these guys to be very professional (and the workshop looks spotless!)
Absolutely amazing service and great people. Keep up the good work team essendon. While servicing my Octavia, they have found my coolant was leaking and they have fixed it under the warranty (although warranty was out by few months).
I made my decision to visit essendon Skoda instead of Nunawading Skoda is 100% worth it.
