We ordered 11 windows from Jared in January 2018. We wanted to get rid of our steel windows. We wanted to reduce noise and to improve security.

The installers were good. It took two days. They worked hard.

I like the security of the windows and they look nice.

Today we are ordering another 8 windows and finishing off the rest of our house. Looking forward to having everything finished in the same good quality that Ecostar produces.

We ordered double glazing windows for the whole house in two lots. First lot arrived and they were so professionally fitted that we were encouraged to do the next lot. Extremely happy with their performance, quality of product and their customer service. It is quite rare that a company cares so much about the way they present themselves and perform!

Windows are of the highest quality. Sturdy. Great for noise reduction and improving thermal performance. Good for the environment. I like the European quality. Not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. Installers and the finished work are top notch. Takes a while to arrive from Europe. The security is hard to believe.

Very poor experience in trying to get a measure and quote. The company pushed for an appointment that we both as a couple had to be present for, and even asked we set aside at least 2hours. On 1st scheduled appointment cancelled with one hour notice, and failed to turn up at 2nd scheduled appointment several weeks later.

They are pricey and take a while to come from the UK, totally understandable. That said, they arrived earlier than expected, were installed quicker and more efficiently than expected. No glass breakages, no fuss no bother, no damage, no mess. Good installers. Just in time to take advantage of them for the 42 degree day that followed a few days later. Oh what a difference they made!

Third order just installed, only one more to go. House is looking fabulous and really cool even with the heatwave this week. Professional as always. The installers are the best.

We have had Eco Star come out and see us twice. It has been a wonderful pleasure each and every time. Their product is absolutely brilliant and we show it off to all our friends when they visit!

Where can I start? This company is amsoluty amazing, by far the most professional window/double glazing providers in the country.
The employees are well trained and extremely helpful, and the installers are A1. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know.

We live on a busy main road and wanted to double glaze mainly to reduce noise in the second story from the street. The windows have been great so far this summer in also keeping some of the heat out of the house. Ecostar have been great in their service and their product is vastly better than our old aluminium windows.

The entire process was smooth and efficient, professional and friendly. Very happy with the quality of the windows, they work brilliantly and look beautiful.
