Not even worth one star! Ordered rice with prawns and chilli sauce! The chilli sauce tasted nothing like chilli sauce. It was almost like a tomato sauce but outdated tomato sauce. Was very hungry and was almost sick to stomach after having one bite. Not worth the money! Go somewhere else

Horrible service. We had a pram with our 4 month old and we were asked to sit outside due to this. Disgusting discrimination.
Do not eat here at all.

I had lunch here a few days ago. The food were average, but the service were horrendous. So many staff standing around doing nothing. I sense no vibe here

Fast food type restaurant, however it is a healthy option. Everything seems get made on site and hand made behind the window for everyone to view how it gets made. Passed near this place a few times and alway queues. So have decided to try for myself. Dumplings and rice pasta very very good: fresh and testy. Portions are huge. The only reason for lower rating is the location. Sitting at the table and beside hundreds of people passing is not the most comforting feeling.

There's two dumplings plus restaurant in highpoint. One on level 2, the other on level 1. The level 1 store is the better of the 2, quick service and you aren't hustled out like the other one. Food is always good and consistent, at reasonable prices.

We used to like the food there but we had a veeery bad experience recently. We ordered a 2 person portion of food and some friends ordered a single petson portion, we payed double but reveived same. We complained but they started to lie to us, we were so angry and upset, asked for money back and left. We will never go back, it was a big dissapointment as we did not expect this in that place. Probably money change people.make them gridy and make them lie.and cheat.

Massive amounts of Delicious. Great Value and never disappointed. This is not luxury dining.just great food in a great spot with no fuss

Terrible place. No respect and hospitality. They asked me to sit outside while inside is free. They don’t have a high chair for babies and don’t feel any need! They refunded my payment after deducting 3 AUD for using pay pass banking!

Poor qaulity food and extremely bad customer service.

Their beef singapore noodles tasted worse than instant noodles with a bit of curry powder. YUCK.

DON"T buy their DUMPLINGS. I found a long disgusting hair in mine.

Excellent. My order arrived quickly. I ordered 2 Beef in Black Been Sauce and 2 Original Fried Rice. The food was great. I had five people dining with me, but I was still seated at a table quickly after I made my order. Even through the restaurant is always busy, they still offer great customer service.

I am a regular at this restaurant, and I have never had any problems. They offer a condiments table with a variety of sauces.

My favourite restaurant in Melbourne. Not only are they the best dumplings I've ever had but EVERY single dish is delicious. I've never had a bad item on their menu. Quick and cheap as well

Supper bad service and racist. There are so many empty table but the manager (an old men) didnt want to assist us to those table and keep telling that there are no available table

Tasty chinese food. It can get crowded most of the time. You have to order first before you get seated. I’ve been here several times and their food is generally good.

Not even worth one star. We ordered a whole fish that came out in less than ten minutes, it was not fresh fish tasted like picketed frozen fish sticks you get from groceries. We ordered it with schezuan spicy sauce. Instead we got a lump of gravy and frozen vegetables on top. Disappointed I advised the staff as some feedback and left, as they didn’t really seem to care. Fair to say very frustrated and disgusted.

Dont ever buy food from here. Very rude and dont even know how to serve customer. The dumpling plus on level 1

Great dumplings - generous servings and the other dishes are decent although some are a little more expensive

Never coming back here again. Ordered pan fried dumplings for takeaway. After getting home to eat it, they were raw. Skin wasn't cooked all the way through (half was doughy) and the bottom was barely golden (which should be for pan fried dumplings). I've bought dumplings so many times before, I know how their cooked dumplings look and taste like. Rang them up and said we had to bring it to them the next day. It takes me about 30mins to travel to Highpoint and I'm really busy, i haven't got the time. Told them I'll bring it to them on a different day and they didn't allow it. They couldn't even reason with us and even told us "whatever". Extremely rude, the person's name is Raymond.

Cheap comes with a price! I spotted a tiny cockroaches in my wontons noodles. Maybe just that one or maybe others, I don't know. I write not to complaint but I just want to alert anyone who dine there to be careful cheers

A very crowded chinese fast food restaurant with plenty of food selection. The service was okay, the taste also not bad, and it worth the price.

There are plenty of seats, and the system is we order at the counter, pay, get a number and the food will be delivered to our table. There is a condiment station provided as well as for the mineral water.

I suggested to go here with more than one people to help to place a seat while the other is ordering the food.

This is our favourite spot to enjoy wontons in chilli oil. Highly recommended for a wide range of yummy dumplings.
