Awful food.
Duck was just skin. No meat.
Dishes are massive and pointless for one person.

Quick service. Prawn dumplings & Vege appetisers - average. Not a very welcoming team which matched the quality of food - sometimes good sometimes sh*#.

This place use to be iconic in highpoint, but either the owners got lazy or sold up cause this joints gone downhill steeper then the slopes at mt hotham. Mongolian beef used to be legendary but now it tastes more rubbery then clark rubber, the dumplings, once a pinnacle of creation now tasted like theyd been sitting out for 6 months. Hard pass guys!

Today's order was 10/10. Our order came out so quick, the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Pan fried dumplings were crispy on the outside, the pork filling was juicy. Char kway teow was a perfect texture, flavourful and not too oily, while the sweet and sour pork was definitely the main highlight, the sauce being a perfect balance not too sour, delicious pineapple pieces, crispy batter. Thank you!

Pls don’t go if u r vegetarian. I asked at least 4 times that u can serve vegetarian & without egg she said yes No problem then dish came with eggs in it.when I asked there was a waitress I was talking & one other half aged women (staff) walked to us send the the waitress away who I was talking & said what do u want I explained then she said so what l…….

One of the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. Food was below average and over priced. For that much money you better going to a better restaurant where you can actually get a friendly service and great food and enjoy your night - do yourself a favor and skip! Don’t be fooled by the line out of the door sometimes - just people picking some takeaway and the service is slow

It’s a ok spot for dumplings but be mindful it is pricy. They are quick to get the dumplings out and I did really enjoy the xiaolongbaos. Overall pretty average.

Terrible customer service especially from the manager ‘Wen’ who boasts about her arrogance when you question their service. I ordered dumplings for take away and was asked to wait outside, while waiting I saw the staff prioritising other customers over my order. When questioned, the manager starts arguing and says there is a 10 minute wait for your order. Not once was this mentioned to me while placing the order. Waited literally 15 mins to get the order. Very poor quality of staff and certainly not the first time I was treated in this manner. Never going back.

We tried steamed chicken and pork (not mix) dumplings and loved it. They were served hot and the coating was not at all sticky or chewy. Taste was just perfect with chili oil. We would definitely try other recipes here.

I being city store so many times to order the special fried rice because very yummy.

First time being here to order the fried rice is make me so disappointed as the fried rice is super salty!

If someone love salty, u can order the fried rice that won't disappointed you

I love coming here when ever I’m at highpoint. Ordered lemongrass chicken noodle and vegetable tofu on fried rice. The lemongrass chicken didn’t taste like lemongrass at all. Other than that fast service and I loved my fried rice.

The food here are good try the pork buns, dumplings and green long beans stir fried.the ambiance are comfortable i like it.

You use to be so good? Shanghai pork dumplings are meant to be small, fit in your mouth and enjoy the soup.
Changing into fast food rather than quality, you've lost me. Very disappointing

This review is for the level 1 store in the junction. I watched in horror as a chef came out from the bathroom after taking a dump, didn’t wash his hands with soap (just a one second splash of water) then walked back to the restaurant, put his apron on and proceeded to set tables. Disgusting.

Bruh, just get special fried rice, pan fried pork dumplings and a curry puff. So good.
Who are all these goobers rating 1 star!? Go back to KFC, ya duffas.

Most horrible experience I got the sweet and sour pork and it was mostly flour with a very tiny piece of pork dice and it tasted horrible too. 100% would not recommend this shop to anyone

Dumpling plus is a place where you can sit and indulge in Great tasting Food made fresh on site.

It wasn't bad, delicious pork fried dumplings but the pineapple with the pork didn't have much pork inside of the dough.
Fast Asian food.

They have improved a lot since their early days, highly recommend, big portions & nice flavours.

Been here twice and everytime it's seriously the best dumpling place I have eaten at everything is extremely fresh and such great service wow
