Dumplings Plus

Chicken wings were lovely. Dumplings were good all food hot and cooked well. No complaints at all ordered over uber eats

Good prawn dumplings, great veggie pancakes and delicious BBQ pork buns, although some more filling in the buns would’ve made them better.

Rude and racist staff, food was cold. And the waitress took my plate away while I was still eating. They try to clear the table and push you out faster than any place I ever went to. I would give zero stars if I could.

There’s a hair stuck in the chicken. Anyway I got a refund but they did not even apologise and their face is blank! The service is so rude! Poor customer service!

Yuk! Wont be coming back. Saw a waitress pick up left over dumplings from the table and place in the bane marie for resale out front. Even though we have just come out of Covid, you would think safety would be no 1. They have been going down hill for a long time, inconsistent serves, food plonked on the plate etc but this was the icing and definitely will not be returning

There are two dumplings plus in high point. The one in the lower floor is the best. With the seafood hotpot being one of my favourite dishes. But the pan fried dumplings are delicious in both places.

Good food but poor service. Mistimed our meals completely. Meals came half an hour a part and the meal that was over half hour late was partly cold. Big let down. Food not enough to make up for terrible experience.

This place is the very definition of
'If they ever stop making great food they will close the very next day'

The food is great.
The staff are some of the rudest and most racist people I've ever come across and I've been down south in America.
They push you harder then anywhere I've experienced to turn over tables.
The experience is horrible but the food is great solution
Order take away and don't tip or speak when you collect the food.

Although the Northland dumpling plus is the best one in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. The Epping dumpling plus has a good service and the food is delicious. The dumpling and noodles here are simply yum.

It's an express one in the food court, it is good enough.

After several visits, I was finally able to click picture of food I ordered.
After a long walk in high point SC, me and my family enjoys dining here.
The size of dumplings is very filling and taste is GOOD and in reasonable price.
Other dishes are good in taste.
I won’t say it is the best of best we can find in Melbourne but the portion and quality of food is nice and price is fine too.

We found staffs professional but not too friendly such it’s hard to see any of there smiling faces.
But no complains on hospitality and services.

Food has alway been served quickly in-spite being busy and fully booked tables.

Will go back again.

I advise anyone NOT to eat at the Dumplings Plus in particular the restaurant located on Level 2. Manager is so rude not only to customers but to wait staff as well. I visited here for lunch and was treated by the manager with such disrespect and the poorest of customer service I have ever received and this was even before the meals hit the table. Do yourself a favour don't bother eating here and visit one of the many other delightful restaurants located in Highpoint.

Dumplings were stone cold, refused to give us fresh ones or a refund. Dumplings plus? Plus what, food poisoning? ! Don't recommend

For a restaurant that supposedly specialises in dumplings, it is shocking to see that Dumplings Plus doesn't know A-Z about dumplings. They don't even have the basics right with the dumpling wrapper (skin) having the correct texture. If you are craving dumplings, there are heaps of restaurants around Melbourne that make better dumplings than these guys. Never again.

The skinny manager is rude to his staff, shame on him, been coming there for years and hoping someone would get rid of him. Staff so under pressure by him you won't even see a smile on their faces. Shame on that man.

I'm speechless when I came to eat in this restaurant. I love to taste the authentic cuisine & I can give thumbs up! The service beyond amazing. They're friendly & the food was unbelievable. I came from the hospitality industry & my mum used to have a food business. Definitely, I'll be back to Dumpling Plus again. Don't worry we love spicy chicken

Awesome food and well managed for COVID.tables turning quickly and the food was awesome as always.

Portion and pricing is really good value and there's so much flavour in the food. Customer service is very typical of a chinese restaurant so can't really complain but the food is fantastic.

Regular place for me. Decently priced food and portions and rather generous. Food is tasty as well. Great for takeaways too.

Been here many times and the service + food has always been superb. Love the sizzling plates and the stir fry chicken noodles. The Shanghai xiaolongbao is also really delicious. Fast serving time. Would recommend!

Great Fried Pork Dumplings - but rest of the menu is a miss. Had a horrible Beef Noodle Dish that was just terrible I couldn’t eat it, beef was as tough as leather and tasted like it to. Food came out too quick to be close to being fresh. Just stick to dumplings.
