Dumplings Plus

I love this store, especially the duck. But I didn't like the fact that they don't serve the chicken dumplings downstairs.

Always come back for the food time and time again, never fails to impress me. The Chilli oil is so good here, a little heat and loads of flavour.

First time eating here and it was pretty good. Atmosphere is good and quiet for this hour. Service was fast, food was hot and flavorsome.

I ordered the salt and pepper calamari, and the price was increased by 10$, recipe changed, different shape and so much less. The employees refused to give any more and complained with an attitude saying it was our fault for bringing our own container.

Another experience is that on Chinese New year we got the prawn for around 30$ and got 9 pieces of prawn.

I'm disappointed with the customer service and I have been going here for at least 5 years.

Good fried dumplings and Xiao long bao. Anything else can be a bit hit and miss though.

The fried dumplings are great enough for me to return just to eat them time and time again. They also come out really fast compared to any other dish there.

Very poor experience. The tofu was rubbery and smelly. The chicken was also flavorless and stale.

Extremely disappointed, I used to come here all the times…. Was served by a lady who have short red hair and she was so rude and blunt, this is my second time been served by her. This place used to be my all time favourite, I won’t be returning again. Poor customer service

Can you please open dumplings plus in North Brisbane in westfield North lakes pleaseYour kung pao chicken and bean with mince is absolutely the best in the country.my husband is bringing me this food every few years in a plane as we moved out of Melbourne. Please were we live is awful chinese food you will have no competitors Please open here in Queensland

The food is absolutely delicious. I always have this one spicy soup and it always turns out to be outstanding (except one time but just one) The service is pretty good, I love how the workers make sure that you tell them about any dietary requirements or whatever you have. I also think its kind of cool how they have some free water. Definetly would recommend people to go there

I guess a quick easy meal will be fine but it’s a restaurant that’s more for white people a traditional Asian wouldn’t come here to eat it’s more like a lie but anyways 2 stars for fast meals coming out that’s all wouldn’t come here

I really don’t trust Asian food places anymore, what are they putting in there? Could be all sorts of toxic stuff They know we will never find out what’s in there. The food you are putting in your tummy can be hazardous. They just don’t care about your health, they just wanna make money. I had a sharp plastic chunk in my dumpling I thought it was a big bone? But then I thought prawns don’t have such bones. Imagine it was a child chewing that dumpling, that sharp plastic could have caused an injury

We bought this meat spring rolls and I noticed that there are more wraps than the meat filling! Hard to chew. Not recommended for anyone with false teeth lol! Good thing I have natural, but have to bite couple of times to see the filling.

Great place to stop and have a quick bite for lunch! Family loves eating here!
Food is always delicious and service is fast.
Ordered wonton noodle soup, noodles / wonton very tasty and firm, soup was not salty.
Seafood char kwai teow great taste and has the wok char taste! No additional seasoning needed. Deep fried calamari came out hot, batter super crispy and great seasoning was not salty a little spicy with the chillies ️.
Will come back in the near future

All the chicken in the dishes seemed steamed so sloppy/soggy.

Singapore noodles was bland

Shocking food! Food brought to the table doesn't look anything like the photos at the counter, meat tastes like rubber!

Been here a week ago with mu friends. Located at the basement of Highpoint shopping centre upon getting off the escalator to your right hand side. Very busy restaurant amongst all. Typically Asian food and bet all the food would be delicious. Could not order them all but the dumplings, noodles, pork and duck, fried rice were all yum. Served very fast and hot. Price reasonable and will go back again. Well recommended.

One of the worst dumpling places I have ever been to in my life. Lines looked busy so thought I would give it a try.

Hargow wrapping was over steamed and falling apart and the siu mai looked like it had been oversteamed and was really dry on the outside - almost like it had freezer burn.
The wonton in chilli oil and vinegar tasted like it had been frozen and unfrozen a few times - texture was extremely chewy, on its way to being jerky and artificial.

Pork and prawn noodle soup.tasteless. Hot water, noodles, bok choy and 5 tasteless dumplings.
Partner had char kwai teow. That was ok.
Home made Fried dim simple cold. Sent back and received fresh cooked hot ones. 1 star for them.

Don't waste your money

We ordered dumplings and a soup and the lady at the cashier asked us if we wanted to eat in or have it take way, we said take away because we also ordered next door at pepper lunch and we assumed we’d eat everything together, she told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait, it was delayed and within this time we received and ate our entire pepper lunch dinner and walked back to dumplings plus which still hadn’t finished making our order, so we decided we’d just sit there instead and eat. A guy cleaning the table next to us told us we couldn’t sit down and eat because they were closed even though people were still ordering at the counter and the restaurant was still half full of customers sitting down just receiving their meal so it didn’t look closed at all. He was extremely rude to us and made us feel unwanted even though we were just as much of a customer as everyone else sitting in that restaurant eating. I don’t understand how we were inconveniencing them if they gave us the option when we ordered to sit down anyway? Either way we would’ve still finished eating at the same time whether it was served to us on plates or in takeaway containers. If anything we helped them close sooner because we didn’t use plates and cutlery. Plus we still finished eating before the other customers anyway. Their customer service definitely needs some improvements.
