Doors Plus

We ordered doors from the Granville store under a week before Christmas hoping to pick up before the new year. I did have to follow up on how things were progressing (because of our own short deadline) but Doors Plus made it happen even with just skeleton staff in the holiday period. We are pleased with the quality of the doors.

Very happy with the product and service from Doors Plus Mitcham. The process of replacing our back door was quick, easy and professional, from Benjamin, in-store, to Henry the installer, who did a brilliant job to fit the door perfectly in a house where nothing is quite square or level.

I had a Doors plus door purchased in 2006 which had been removed due to a flooring update. I contacted Doors Plus at the Mitcham store and they have refitted my door with new fittings. They were prompt with their service and I am really happy with their service. Thank you Doors Plus.

Went into Doors Plus Mitcham to enquire about glass pivoting Doors. While they don't manufacture these, the advice, mannerisms and expertise from the manager there was exceptional (such a rarity these days). Would highly recommend for residential needs. Double thumbs up

We saved up our penny's to put some nice bio fold doors in our living room.
We rang up and booked a quote.
The quote was over in about 5 mins he took 2 measurements and ran out the door promising
To email a quote though in the next few days.
Quote never came.
I emailed and emailed no reply nothing.
They were right NO FUSS.

If you want to wait and wait for your doors to be installed these are your guys.
9 weeks to install and then left with a door on a school that would not lock over night.costs of out of pockets are through the roof on job due to wait time, unable to bill due to doors not installed.
When final at my wits end was told they could not fix the door until the following week.
Also lied to me about what the installer had told the school.
Payment in dispute and will be seeking costs for payments to security guards and the school, not the the staff would care.
Only reason one star selected as unable to give negative stars.

A big thank you to Chris from DoorsPlus in Mitcham. The approach Chris had was very transparent, understanding and prompt. Matt our installer demonstrated high degree of professionalism and skill. We are very happy with our new door and would certainly engage them again for future projects.

The most extensive range of doors and excellent quality. If you would like to have something unique and affordable then you should consider doors Plus Mitcham. Ryan was very helpful and willing to put the time and effort into our quote; not an easy task as all our frames are non standard. Amazing team of consultants and a beautiful and clean showroom.

After some initial hiccups Ryan came to my rescue and provided me with outstanding customer service.
The installation men arrived as sdvised within the hour and were very peresonable and took great care to fit my door perefectly which was not easy as the property is old and not square.

High quality product and very friendly staff. Bought the wrong door hinges and wish to swap a bigger size. Mr Ryan from Mitcham store provided very professional service, gave my partner and I some really helpful advices. Also, swap our wrong hinges with no issues. Strongly recommend for those who looking for high quality doors and professional advices. We will definitely come back and buy products in this store again.

I am very pleased with my bifold door and expertly installed by their installer Ash. Only negative was after I could pay the remaining 50% owing on the day and them not meeting the day they stated I was then told I had to pay 95% before it would be installed! I appreciate that they need some assurance but 95 % before I even seen them installed! However, as I stated the overall job was very good.

I am not sure why you guys chose not to display your product portfolio online which is the reason that I had to visit the store personally for barn door options. I traveled all the way to find out that they are extremely expensive with limited options available

Loved the service received from the sales consultant to the installer. Max at the Mitcham store was fabulous! Polite, courteous and helpful. He was very professional and managed to give me the best deal. The door was installed with in two weeks by Brandon who took pride in what he did! He really was a perfectionist! Can’t fault them! Keep the good work!
