Doctors of Coburg North reviews
74My partner rang for an appointment with the doctor he had seen before the receptionist makes the appointment asking what date and time he would like, he turns up for his appointment only to be told that the doctor had left the practice! To top things of the doctor would not give him his pain killers because he is part time! But they got paid for the visit, and that is outrageous! Get your act together!
There is usually a wait for an appointment but the staff and doctors are so helpful and friendly it's worth it.
Never, ever again. Waited an hour after my appointment time. No apology from reception staff or the GP. Poor customer service, poor GP skills.
So wonderful, I saw dr Shaila Kazi who was kind, empathetic and helpful. It's hard to articulate what this means - going to the drs is a hard thing for me but she was just lovely. The reception staff are also great and I love that I can visit after hours.
Great for medical certificates, but if you need medical advice, you might be better off asking the checkout staff at coles next door. The male doctors here seem to be especially lazy - I remember one of them barely did any examination, gave me the compeltely incorrect diagnosis and I had to be admitted to hospital a few days later for surgery after a more competent doctor at another clinic did a proper examination.
The doctor had no idea how to deal with my health issue. Surrendered at first go.
But they made sure that they keep me waiting for my turn for one hour even after making an appointment.
I'm giving four stars for Dr halima, very thoughtful, patient, friendly and kind. If she was running for state elections for pascoevale I would vote her no 1
There is only one decent doctor at the practice, dr Halima. The other doctors, specifically Dr Fatima, are abusive and very rude. When trying to seek help for a longterm mental health condition, she was abrubt and nasty. This place does not care about its patients. The doctors are awful. You will wait at least 30 mins over your appointment time.
If I could give 0 stars I would but we cant so 1 it is.if you have kids avoid at all costs its a mini superclinic with no care for kids let alone adults.the Drs are ok but the reception staff are ruthless.says accepts walk ins but when you walk in with a child they have a go at you and ask why didnt you make an app.umm helloo as parents are we meant to predict when our child suddenly gets sick. They are rude uneducated people that need to get a new job because this aint the one for them.
As a male it is hard to talk about certain things so when you go in to see a doctor you want someone’s who is empathetic towards you and will take the time to listen, not make you feel like you are holding them up from an important event. Get them in get them out! Going somewhere where they actually care about you.
Male staff on desk duty in the evenings are brusque and rude to the point of aggression. The practice manager is lazy and clearly does not do what he is supposed to do. Dr F@15@1 is a mysogynistic chauvinist that showed little respect to myself and elderly mother. I wonder whether my experience would have been different if I wore a hijab. That, is the question.
Refuse to see a walk in patient when there is hardly anyone there and my friend was seriously sick. Was told no even though i have explained nicely to the reception. Absolutely iressponsible and zero empathy.
Great doctors but very bad experience every time book appointments, front staff are extremely rude.
I made a complaint about wait as was called to come in earlier got there and waited over 40 mins, which went past my original appointment time plus has to deal with the response of the two male receptionist loudly negatively responding behind my back infront of other patients waiting once I sat back down. Shocking customer service and people skills, especially when the doctors are good.
Great doctors and lovely service. Absolutely love how I can call and arrange an appt after work and can get in almost immediately due to their long opening hours. Also love how the chemist is attached to the clinic and is located in the Coles supermarket precinct - very handy location.
