We made bookings for flu vaccines with the nurse. We waited 15 minutes before we were told there was no nurse available and that a doctor would see us eventually. We waited another 15 minutes before giving up. We should have been informed that our appointment was cancelled rather than having to wait. The TV is set to the news, so our kids are watching stories about school massacres while waiting for the appointment. No apologies, the receptionist had no care that we were waiting for a nurse that didn’t exist.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly but the doctor I think it was farnando who was not good bad attitude poor diagnosis quite unprofessional didn’t understand what he’s saying or doing.never going back after this.

The man at reception is terribly rude and arrogant. This is a clinic where no one knows whats going on and have the audacity to now charge you for it.

Really impressed with the clinic. Yes, sometimes you may have to wait a bit for your appointment but once you're in yours you can see why. The doctors I've had appointments with (both telehealth and in person) actually took the time to go over my medical history and do a proper prescription review. Even when you can see they're busy, they take the time to give *you* the time you need to go over questions or issues. Very professional, friendly and courteous. The reception staff, likewise.

Edit: March 2022: I'd like to particularly commend that Dr Halima Satari as a most patient and excellent GP - I very much appreciated the extra time and care she took in my most recent appointment with her.

Worst clinic ever. They are always AT LEAST 30 minutes late for appointments. They've recently stopped bulk billing adults, I'm not sure why anyone would pay to go here.

DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICE
I just tried to book an appointment for a friend, and was informed that the clinic was not taking new patients that are refugees. This is because supposedly treating refugees 'takes too much time', and they already have enough patients who are refugees. But any other non-refugee new patients are welcome!

This is discriminatory, extremely disappointing and frankly disgusting behaviour, and I would encourage all to steer clear of this doctors practice.

Waited well over 2 hours to be seen despite having an appointment! Male receptionist and male patient engaged in a dispute while I was waiting, the patient who didn’t have an appointment was able to abuse and intimidate their way into seeing a doctor before everyone waiting with appointments. I felt unsafe. Handled very badly and unprofessionally. All patients that entered after me were seen before me. Will not be returning.

Saw Dr. Halima expecting to get a referral to a specialist, got interrupted by a phone call while I was describing my symptoms, didn’t get examined properly and was referred to a paediatrician instead of an ETN specialist! Called three times to try and get an updated referral and still nothing. It’s been almost a week since I saw her. In another occasion, I was prescribed only 5 days of antibiotics for a violent sinus infection (by another doctor). Had to go back another two times to change the medication and prolong the treatment. Ended up taking 3 weeks of 3 different antibiotics. And to finish the list, I had booked a COVID jab through their app mid last year, got confirmation via SMS, went in on the day of my appointment, sat there for over an hour only to find out that my appointment had vanished from the system. They sent me away and asked me to come back the following day.

Horrible experience every time. Last time I waited 55 minutes, even though I had booked the first appointment of the day. GP said I was using the wrong treatment which is not true as I confirmed later. GP said they would check my eligibility for allied health with Medicare and ended up waiting another 30 minutes until I get the podiatry referral. I was in the medical centre for 90 minutes for something minor.

Booster vaccine cancelled with SMS saying call to reschedule; I called and was hung up on or 3 other phone calls went unanswered. This isn't the first time I've had problems with calling.

Doctors forgot Telehealth appointments and some reception staff are rude and dismissive. Would only go here for very basic needs

Lucky to get one star.
My appointment was at 11: 20, I was still waiting to see the dr at 12: 40. I cancelled my appointment, after making a booking elsewhere, people were going before me that walked in after me. What's the point of an appointment.
Love the drs here but they definately need to relook at their time schedules of appointments.

Happily not returning here.

Has anyone else had this issue?

The best medical clinic ive seen in this day. No descrimination over vaccine status and no intimidation in regards to mask wearing medical exceptions.
Doctors who actually look after you and a great receptionist also. Brings hope to me knowing that not all doctors and medical clinics have lost their humanity.

After I had my second covid vaccination, they didn't provide Medicare with the correct vaccination information for my certificate, when I called to let them know they gave me the run around and said they couldn't help, so now I can't go anywhere until this is sorted. It's so frustrating, I'm 82 years old, seniors deserve better

Horrible experience. The clinic was grossly overbooked causing delays of more than an hour, the receptionist was rude. Horrible experience in all respects. I'll never return.

Reception desk doesn't acknowledge your presence until you stare into their soul and have no sense of professionalism or time management.
