First time I went there it was really good with a very nice and professional doctor.

My second experience was awful. I had a skin allergy and I was very worried because it was getting worse. I saw a different doctor from the first time and she told me I shouldn't worry about it. The allergy spread all over my body and I had to find a different doctor to prescribe an appropriate cream. The allergy would simply disappear if I had used the cream at the first time. I wouldn't have the allergy spread out if I had the right medicine before.
It caused stress and I had to deal with all the symptoms at home until I saw another doctor.

That's my experience, I don't plan going back there. Even though I had a first good one.

Man who answered phone and I made appointment with me held no bed side manners. I said I was having a panic attack and he brushed me off no consideration to how I was or asking if I needed anything or extra help. I understand that lots of patients come through these clinics but having someone who can communicate with a patient on the other end of the line might go a long way to easing some people’s distress. Don’t be in this business if you don’t have common human decency. Very sad and disappointing not even to get ‘are you ok’ …. Because I wasn’t and ended up in hospital…….

I found Dr to be very thorough and conscientious about my issue I was seeing them for. He went above and beyond by completing tests on site to reassure me there were no further complications, as well as being completely empathetic towards my anxiety, which is rare I have found. Would definitely recommend from my experience.

Worst doctors clinic in the north incompetent doctors who can not understand what you’re asking.he rudely hung up on me after 2 minutes and I’ve waited over 3 hours for the consult. Reception do not care or understand either they are just as rude. I’m in pain and can not make it to the clinic so I called for an appointment now they want to charge me $70 for a doctor who didn’t even speak to me at all. Supposed manager who won’t take a complaint seriously avoid at all costs

Ridiculous waiting time, expect to wait more than 45 mins without apologies, in fact, quite rude male receptionist. Never again.

It’s not one of the worst clinic that I have experienced. It’s actually the worst of the worsts. In my whole life I have never had kind of terrible horrible receptionist and doctors. Doctors are lates on weekends rude receptionist and unusual system of assisting patients like I need to call them daily to make sure they receive the results instead of them to call and tell. Highly don’t recon this clinic. Everytime I worst than before. Seriously all stuff are terrible

The worst service I have ever received from the receptionist.
We had already been stressed as our daughter was unwell, were advised upon entering that we needed a mask, we told her we did not have one and asked for one, she advised she would not give one out and rudely asked if we had one in the car.
When we said no she advised one had to leave and would not empathize or assist in any other way so we left and will never return - receptionists there need training

Terrible service from reception. Firstly booked in for the wrong procedure by a receptionist over the phone, attempted to be charged as a No Show because I cancelled that appointment I didn't need. Then was told a can't get a basic check done with their pathology team without paying $70 for a doctor to refer me first.

Do not attempt to use this Doctors clinic because of it's convenient location, they are poorly run and waste far more time then they save. If I could give 0 stars I would gladly do so.

Dr Halema is the lovely Dr listen to patient very professional but the Staff and receptionists are unprofessional, disgusting and disrespectful ever I seen in a clinic

Rude male receptionist. Barely interacted with this person who was still able to be rude somehow.

Hopeless wait times, over an hour late

The female receptionist staff is rude, dismissive and unprofessional.

I called the clinic severally times to follow up on a medical certificate and the admin staff gave me inconsistent answers. The worst part was the female receptionists abrupt and defensive manner. She said some unprofessional things over the phone that poorly represented the clinics ethics.

During my attempts to clearly understand what was happening with my medical certificate, the female receptionist hung up on me mid conversation and when I called again the phone had been disconnected at 8: 25 pm.

I had a great experience with one of the female doctors and that is why I would come back only in emergencies.

I have had nothing but great experiences here with the Doctors and with the Nurse. So accomodating and made me feel really comfortable.

DONT GO HERE YOU WONT BE HEARD AND YOUR ISSUES DONT MATTER TO THEM.
I have been there a couple times to see different doctors none cared… the most recent one I saw is supposed to specialise in womens health but didn’t listen to a thing I said and didn’t believe me even though my history has been sent. Also wouldn’t give me any medication for my thyriod and stated I must wait to see a specialist. The female receptionists doesn’t listen nor does she speak loudly enough.

Worst doctors I’ve been too by far. Especially dr Fernando. Paying $80 for this type of service is absolute robbery.

Do not even waste your time. Reception can never get things right. Everyone seems to handball things to one another. No one wants to listen or even engage in trying to solve minor problems on their end! Please run.

Rather rude and unfriendly staff, just switched to bulk billing as maybe not many doctors or admin staff want to work there and they want to milk the patients they still have probably

I have seen 2 doctors since being a patient of this clinic. The Drs are rude, condascending and lack any care or concern. They do not listen or try and understand your personal circumstances. They have recently moved away from bulk billing and only seem to want to get you in an out as quickly as possible and get your payment. I was told I had to phone back in two days for another appointment so that this Dr could choose to extend a medical certificate. Another $70 for a 5 minute phone consult. They have a sign in their office saying that abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Yet they treat you disgustingly.

Receptionist guys is extremely annoying, uncourteous
He probably needs to sought different career path.
We will stop coming here because of him.
