Don't understand how in the middle of a pandemic, in a medical centre covered in signs about wearing masks that the male receptionist thinks it's ok not to wear one for the duration of my time in attendance.

Went for my COVID-19 vaccine and received terrific service from front desk, through to GP through to administration by Fash herself.

I really like this doctors clinic. Always has appointments, the reception is efficient and always very friendly to me. Dr Marj, Dr Halima and Dr Shaila have been great and they listened to my rather complex concerns. I was seen as walk in for a late night dressing by the nurse too which was handy, so the lower reviews of do not reflect my experience:)

Absolutely disgraceful service. Wait time to get vaccine was long.
Dr Faizal Aliyar was rude, condescending and refused to administer Pfizer vaccination, even though evidence was produced. He refused to give me his name and was an all around terrible health practitioner. Would not recommend.

Actively throwing away Pfizer Covid vaccines for cancelled appointments rather than taking wait list or otherwise eligible people's bookings because "everyone must pay for a Drs consult before any vaccine". This is wrong. This is why the vaccine in Australia is so flawed.

Don’t know the rules, the guy who answers the phone is rude and dismissive and the opposite of helpful. There are a huge amount of helpful doctors out there, please save yourself some trouble and avoid these people as best you can

I received my Pfizer vaccine today. Dr Faizal Aliyar administered the vaccine. I didn't feel the needle go in. Great doctor and I felt very comfortable there.

After moving to another suburb, I still come to this clinic. The staff at the front desk, nurses and doctors have being wonderful. Dr Cassin is an amazing humble and understanding doctor. I'm quite happy with this clinic.

I (M, 29) called to schedule an appointment for an AstraZeneca COVID vaccine and was assured at the time that I'd be able to receive one.
Day before my appointment the doctor backed down and cancelled my appointment.
Disappointing.

Absolutely horrible experience with reception, Linda. She refused to book an appointment for myself in a very rude and arrogant manner. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to put me through and kept saying “no”. She acts like she owns the place and is just rude and disrespectful. I’ve been going to this clinic for 2 years and have always been satisfied with the service, however, this new receptionist has ruined my experience.

WORST GP EVER! The admin staff all have attitude, they also CANNOT email medical certificates in the middle of a pandemic whilst the state is in lockdown UNLESS you have covid? Makes 0 sense, absolute waste of time. Don’t bother.

Most unprofessional reception staff. The male receptionist needs to understand what customer service is. The Doctors especially needs to go back and understand the hypocratic oath he took. Not sure how these non empathic doctors can live with themselves. Never ever going there again.

Love this place, have only gone here for a while now. Doctor Faizal is very professional, helpful and caring. The receptionists are very nice too!

I stopped going to this practice almost a year ago since the service was sub par.
Today I received a text message telling me I had an appointment this arvo and a no show would incur a fee.

I called to find out why did I have an appointment scheduled and the receptionist told me I did call this morning, after I said I never called them she insisted in telling me I did. (I think I would know if I called to book an appointment the morning of the same day). After insisting, she finally agreed to cancel the appointment. Bizarre.

Unbelievable.

If I get an invoice from them I will definitely escalate the issue.

Really impressed with the clinic. Yes, sometimes you may have to wait a bit for your appointment but once you're in yours you can see why. The doctors I've had appointments with (both telehealth and in person) actually took the time to go over my medical history and do a proper prescription review. Even when you can see they're busy, they take the time to give *you* the time you need to go over questions or issues. Very professional, friendly and courteous. The reception staff, likewise.

Lina at reception was a disgrace.thoroughly unprofessional and without an ounce of remorse or respect. Represents the practice disgracefully which is a terrible reflection on the Doctor's there. Dr Cassim was no assistance when a request was made to discuss my experience. People we are spoilt for choice in Coburg.choose another practice.there is better out there!

Rude.few days back he was working at a1 doctor surgery so i went to see him.i wonder how come rouf soomoro become a doctor with his rude behaviour.

Literally the worst doctor in all of Moreland suburb, book an appointment and expect to wait an extra 2 hours, expect to pay 5 times the price of any other chemist. Very poor service.

Across three separate visits and as many doctors, I found this practice to have the least interested or concerned doctors I've ever experienced. If you want a medical certificate for work, sure go here. If you have a medical issue that you want someone to take seriously, and you want someone to at least appear to care in the slightest I would very strongly suggest visiting literally anywhere else.

EDIT: I went to another doctor's office with the issue that 3 different doctors here had been unable to deal with. The new doctor sent me to hospital. I can't calmly explain how frustrated I am with the irresponsibility and sheer incompetence of the doctors here. For all medical complaints more advanced than a mild cold for which you need a medical certificate go literally anywhere else.

Normally great service with all other doctors but saw Dr Rauf Soomro for the first and last time. I have never experienced a doctor so rude, it was if I was a bothering him just being there. This man should not be a doctor.
