I think the true sign of a good company is how they handle themselves when things go wrong. After a seamless experience with the engagement ring we returned for a wedding band. After picking up we realised a small mistake had been made (in design not construction, it was built flawlessly). With 2 weeks to our wedding we were in a panic, wondering if we’d have no ring for the day. But to Laura & Sarah’s credit they quickly offered us multiple solutions and put a plan in place to make sure we had the ring we wanted in time for our big day. I’m so happy to say that everything arrived in time and we couldn’t be happier with both rings. Understandably things happen / go wrong from time to time but we really appreciate the way in which you handled everything. We will certainly return for any of our future diamond needs!

Esther assisted me with my engagement ring.she help find the right ring within my budget. Her knowledge was quite comprehensive. She was also quite transparent with the whole process. I would highly recomend diamond exchange.

Esther at Diamond exchange was extremely helpful. The ring we designed was absolutely stunning. My fiancée is over the moon with her ring and getting so many compliments! Esther was instrumental in helping me come up with the perfect creation. Thanks also to Sarah for encouraging me to pop the question sooner rather than later! Beautiful quality and great service. Can't believe my fiancee can take the ring in each week or each month for a clean, this is a huge plus so it is always nice and sparkly. Will definitely be coming back to get our wedding bands!

The entire process from creating the design to choosing the diamond could not have been easier. Sarah was amazing and educated us on how to choose our diamond and ensure we could get the most value from our selection.

After only 3 weeks of placing our order, we were advised it was ready for pick up! The ring was still a teeny bit big but it only took the team 5 days to resize and return to me.

Everything about the store, staff and website was lovely and simple to use and I could not be more in love with my ring. Massive thank you to everyone at Diamond Exchange (and my amazing fiance of course!)

For Ryan the process of designing the ring was so informative but also made to be fun and stress free and they went out of their way to get the ring to Ryan in time for the proposal. The feeling of going into Diamond Exchange is exclusive and up market. We went straight back there to buy Jess's wedding band to match the engagement ring.

After lots of research and contacting 10-15 diamond companies for quotes, I found Diamond exchange to be best priced, without compromising quality.

Ester was great to work with. She was extremely helpful and committed to excellent communication. Due to the ease of purchase and the beautiful diamond engagement ring I purchased, I went back to diamond exchange, with assistance from Ester, less than a few weeks later to help my best friend choose a ring for his now fiancé.

I found Engagement ring shopping a little tough. I was overwhelmed with options, designs, carats, cuts.clarity's etc. When I entered the Diamond Exchange showroom in Melbourne i was able to comfortably look at SO many different designs to see what suited and what i liked. I'm very indecisive however they have SO many different designs to try on, it's impossible to not find something you like. The staff allowed me to look around and were there to help if needed. I fell in love with a ring design and then booked another appointment to go back to choose a diamond! I worked with Laura Howard who was able to educate me on what to look for when choosing a Diamond. Laura provided very helpful opinions and suggestions which guided me towards choosing an amazing diamond within our price range. I asked a million questions and Laura was happy to answer, i never felt pressured or rushed. My ring has arrived early (within the advised 4 weeks) and it's even better than expected! I can't stop looking at it! The service from beginning to end was seamless, helpful, informative and made the whole process really enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Melbourne Diamond Exchange and i look forward to going through the whole process again when choosing my wedding band.
