Amazing in everything we did with them. Laura was really helpful when I was shopping for an engagement ring, and later Mike was really helpful when I was shopping for wedding bands with my fiancé. Excellent quality products, knowledgeable staff and amazing customer service that went above and beyond. I have already recommended them to 2 people, one that already bought an engagement ring and is very happy with it, and another who will start looking soon. Would highly recommend them.

I recently purchase a diamond pendant from Diamond Exchange. Mike was super helpful and assisted me to pick a diamond from a shortlist and slightly modify the setting to work in with what I wanted. The whole process was smooth and easy. I have a much better quality diamond than had I purchased a similar size diamond pendant within my budget at a retail store. I’m thrilled with the final product and recommend Diamond Exchange.
