It has been a complete pleasure dealing with the Diamond Exchange. The process of choosing a ring for my son was painless especially with the help of Moya, I would like to thank her sincerely for her help. The pricing of the ring was excellent as all of the high street jewellers could not beat nor match the price. When the ring arrived in the post I had a quick look and knew that I had made the right choice to purchase through Diamond Express.
I was very impressed by how the ring was posted, I was expecting a tiny jewellery box with the ring inside but I will surely wrong. The presentation was fantastic.
I will definitely be buying my rings from Diamond Exchange again

Esther answered all our questions with so much detail it made the purchasing experience very easy and gave us the confidence that we where getting an amazing quality diamond! We where very impressed by the range of high grade diamonds they had available compared to other jewellers. They even had our custom order ready under leadtime - highly recommended

If you want the experience of someone wearing diamond handling gloves, proceed to tell you they don't stock any diamonds, then struggle to use those diamond gloves on a laptop on their own website whilst you wait for them to occasionally, un-enthusiastically turn around the screen and barely explain whats on it, then when you ask a question and tell them to explain more and educate us, they tell you that most people know what they want before coming in, then this place is for you! The place had no music and a sterile atmosphere. I did have a better experience months back walking in without a booking! They told me to book so they could pour some champagne and take my bride to be through all the diamond idiosyncrasies to help make a decision. What an underwhelming experience this booking was, it was so awkward. Was the girl we got not customer facing?

Been here a few times for engagement and wedding rings. Staff are friendly and really know their stuff. Cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail given to you as a customer here + prices are really good. Their product selection is perhaps less “customisable” than other places but personally we found this way better since weren’t overwhelmed in choices. The options that are available for rings are really nice.

Be sure to wait for Black Friday sales since they are an online store primarily even though their showrooms are really nice, they do have sales on sometimes.

A big shout out to the Diamond Exchange Sydney! Had the most wonderful experience in purchasing and sourcing my solitaire diamond ring. From the detailed emails and phone calls with my consultant Serenella, it was made so much easier with her knowledge and expertise. Diamond Exchange were amazing to work with and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the first enquiry message I sent on socials, to back and forth emails with Katherine as our appointment got moved due to lockdown, to our in person consultation and receiving the rings via courier, it was all so smooth. Oh…we had our ring valued for insurance purposes and it came out at 50% more than we paid and the assessor commented “a fine piece”
