Melissa from Diamond Exchange Melbourne was a joy to work with. The entire process was seamless, and I (and more importantly my partner) were extremely delighted with the diamond ring. It was beyond what we had expected, especially with the price point which is incredibly competitive in the market with the specifications were were after.

I would highly recommend Diamond Exchange, and will be going back to purchase our wedding bands. The excellent customer service we receive make it an enjoyable experience.

Laura from Diamond Exchange is like a human diamond in the rough - but in real life! I have done business with her [and Diamond Exchange] directly a couple of times now and will continue to go back in the future even though she is in Melbourne and I am in Sydney.

To say that my requests have been very specific is an understatement! The last rock she managed to locate from overseas for me had very specific requirements. DX imported the stone and checked that the GIA registration code was in place before sending it on. BTW, knowing they only deal with the most credible institute regarding gems is another win for DX.

Finally, I am just a bloke off the street. I felt intimidated at the start for contacting them however can honestly say that they will treat you as if you were one of their most important customers - at least that has been my experience. They will even set your diamond if you wish.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from DX three years ago and I was a bit slow getting my first service for my ring and was fretting as I’d noticed a few tiny scratches on the band. I clearly didn’t need to worry because my ring came back and looked brand new again! It looked just as stunning as it did when my fiancé proposed. DX were wonderful to deal with, particularly Melissa, who always responded promptly and was super helpful with explaining what I needed to do to send the ring away and provided updates once it had arrived and how long it would be etc. I can’t recommend DX enough and look forward to dealing with them for many years to come.

We could not speak more glowingly of our experience with Laura. Before starting our discussion at Diamond Exchange, we had already visited 5 other jewellers. They had limited product to show us, and very little to say about the options. That’s why we decide to go to Diamond Exchange. Once meeting Laura, we knew we were in great hands. She helped us to decide on the design and features, and pick the perfect diamond to suit. She was enthusiastic, patient and thorough. We made our decision, and Laura sent us a image of the ring within a few days for confirmation. We agreed on a delivery date and we’re delighted when the ring was finished two weeks early! I think every guy can’t relate when I say getting an engagement ring is the most nerve wrecking experience. If not, I certainly can say it was right until I contacted Diamond Exchange and got a response from Melissa. Melissa was able to make my Diamond Exchange experience a very pleasant one and even more so provided me with every bit of information to be able to buy with confidence. From all the stores I reviewed and got quotes from Diamond Exchange made me feel valued as customer. I was given an 8 week timeframe for the creation of the ring it was done in 4 weeks and it is a STUNNER! Melissa not only helped with the ring but also gave some handy tips on how to go about with the engagement

Diamond Exchange were very good to deal with. The selection and comparison of the diamond was easy online and the delivery was faster than their predicted time. Very nice presentation and an all round impressive experience. I definitely recommend them.
