Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs reviews
86Stayed here for work on short notice last year, excellent room, comfortable bed, quiet and clean. Got a good nights sleep after a hard day.
Stayed one night. Rooms clean with comfortable beds. Staff friendly with good Car parking being undercover. Enjoyed the pool facilities and the spa bath inside our room. Would come back again
Stayed here a few times staff are lovely room is great breakfast is always yum and pool is excellent
A extremely beautiful hotel. The room was spacious with a gorgeous bathroom. Bring your bathers as you dont want to miss out on the swimming pool.
If you are stopping in Warrnambool, this is the place to be. The rooms were immaculate, the staff were superb, and the hotsprings were divine. I would absolutely book again if I found myself in that area again. I couldn't have had a better experience.
Great Value Hotel. The thermal baths alone are worth the visit. Right by the beach too in a quiet area of Warrnambool but not far from the CBD.
This is a really great hotel and I stay here when I travel to Warrnambool so I can vouch for its quality being consistent. The location is lovely and peaceful, the rooms are tidy and have everything you need for business or leisure visits and the service is really friendly and professional. They have a restaurant on site, too, that make an effort to use local ingredients. I got a great rate this stay, which made it excellent value. Would recommend to friends.
The best hotel in Warrnambool! Spent 1 night here with my husband for Easter getaway & we love everything about this hotel. The view from our room is just amazing!
The iron heavy spring water was a great (hot) temperature and left feeling refreshed. The upgrade for an outdoor complex is eagerly awaited.
The bath "seats" were an odd design though.it's impossible to walk through the pool without crashing into a surface and stubbing your toe (it's not a standard raised-step for sitting around the edge as you would expect).
Fairly standard hotel in a great location. The mineral water bathes were a tonic for my tired travel body. Be sure to book yourself in for a massage in the day spa. They do couples massages too. A short stroll or drive up the road is 'The Pavillion Restaurant and Bar'. This place has great views and if you get there early enough you will see horses being exercised in the bay.
Great location, nice view and friendly staff. A bit disappointed with the restaurant food (not very good price/quality value)
Good quality motel for a county town. However the restaurant is very expensive and the drinks are insanely expensive! Charging $42 a Bottle and $12 a glass for Angove wine (the inventor of the flagon) which is $8.99 a bottle in the wine shop is a rip-off.
Pleasant staff & tidy room which was of a decent size. Location was quite close to the ocean and Lake Pertobe. Got vouchers when booking direct.
Deep Blue is a regular for me when I am in town, the hot springs are fantastic and very relaxing. Having the cold plunge pool is a great way to get all the benefits from the mineral baths. I can also recommend the infrared sauna, with multiple settings to choose from - rejuvenating from the inside out.
Not a good experience, dinner was revolting meat under cooked staff clearly unable to cope with the number of meals that had to be prepared. Rooms clean but air-conditioning very noisy unable to sleep
Lovely room and I highly recommend going to the geothermal spa. It's $15 per a person but very relaxing
Second time I have stayed here with my partner. Both times the rooms have been fantastic with great ocean views. The day spa and massage tops off a great night away from the kids to unwind and rejuvenate. Staff are extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Best accommodation I've stayed at full stop. Treat your significant other to a night out and a refreshing massage package. You won't regret it! Can't wait to come back again.
Customers service good, friendly staff.same breakfast menu every day, hot water for tea tasted like old dish water. Theyre currently doing renovations from 8am until late. We did not have a very relaxing stay we are not happy this time they should let us know in advance so we can change a date for our holiday.
Love it and going again. Massages fantastic and varied choices. Sauna great and the Geo-thermal pool beyond words. Money well spent.
Nice accommodation, we had a lovely room and staff were really friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was cold though, definitely not heated enough and the restaurant wasn't much of a restaurant - fine for breakfast, but that's it - no real atmosphere. There's no flexibility with the spa either, so make sure you get there on time - we learnt our lesson!
