Only visited the hot springs which are fabulous, apparently therapeutic mineral water but lovely hot tools if varying temperature and style to relax in.

Overall, my stay at the Deep Blue Hotel was fine. The rooms were pleasant and the staff friendly. The price-performance ratio was good. Overall a solid experience.

Can't actually rate the rooms as didn't stay here, just came for the hot springs which were lovely, we came on a long weekend and I felt they did a great job with managing numbers - it was busy but not overcrowded, always able to find a spot in the pools. Bit disappointed in the variety though, lots of pools and a cold plunge but no sauna, steam room etc.like other hot spring resorts I've visited.

Very good experience at these hit springs. Multiple pools with variety of temperatures ranging between 37 to 42 degrees. One cold water pool which was fun as as soon as you step in it frezes you body and is such a breath taking experience. Overall such a relaxing and calming experience. Wonderful two spent.worth every penny.

Very relaxing. View was awesome, staff was very helpful yet professional. One of their team members provided information about best tourist spots, local restaurants and shops, and that info was really helpful to us. Can't thank you enough to team.

A nice place to end or start the Great Ocean Tour. The hotel has a large indoor pool and a hot spring facility. However, the hot spring facility has to be paid extra at around $40-50 and is not included in the hotel price. We were not aware of this before. Nevertheless, the short 2 hour stay on cold days is worth it. The breakfast is solid, but we missed fresh vegetables at the buffet. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is not directly in the city center, but is still beautifully located on the water. On the whole, the hotel can be recommended, but the price-performance ratio should be reconsidered.

I can only speak for the hot springs but they were very nice. We really enjoyed going from the plunge pool back into a hot spring. We felt so relaxed afterwards. We will definitely go back for some more hot spring sessions

Beautiful place, some rooms are beach facing at a distance, yet amazing views.
Hotel has spa facilities too and lots of walking track un the surroundings.

Had a great time there in the hot springs area. They have around 14-16 pools and quite small and the timing are limited within 2.5 hours compare to the one in Mornington peninsula.

Great room but hot springs experience was very mediocre. Should be better supervised to stop some guests staying in the best pools for hours. Breakfast was the worst ever - only plastic scrambled eggs - any other eggs were an extra $2! Hot water for tea/coffee was lukewarm. Large gap under room door not good for noise etc.

This was our first visit to the Deep Blue Hotel. A great location and comfortable stay, but the value for money factor here is low. I understand that the accommodation rates skyrocket during January due to demand, but then having to pay extra for a very small/limited breakfast buffet and for a visit to your hot springs is a stretch. Surely, we could have had that breakfast and at least 1 complimentary session to the hot springs included? I could have stayed at the Crown Melbourne for these rates and wouldn't have to pay for so many extras.

We went here as a family and it was awesome. 2.5 hours of watery warmth. We forgot the sunscreen and got burnt, so be careful! We did wish there was more shade, then it would be completely perfect as this place doesnt suit being covered in greasy sunscreen.

Hot springs was a great experience. Hotel had great views and rooms modern. Staff were a little under whelming?

Have stayed here many times, I am a big fan of the facility!
However in recent times quality of service seems to have slipped.

I requested a later check out but was told “nah we only do 10.30”, in the past this hasn’t been a problem (I think extra charge which I was happy to pay)

There is no incentive to stay on premises to sue the Spa & hot spring facilities, can walk in off the street for the same experience as hotel guests.

Kitchen is closed for dinner service which was only advised once checked in.

Love the facility & location, I hope the service quality can lift back to where it was pre-covid times (I’m aware it’s hard to find staff)

Need new bedding, for the price you pay, you expect proper bedding, and complementary water will change your mood if you walk in. Stunning location and staff amazing, just make the stay more homily.

Just checked into the hotel and wanted to make a booking for their hotspring. I was told by a trainee to wait for the manager to be free to help with my booking and I wanted to see what the pools look like since the wait was longer than expected. Another lady at the desk was shockingly rude and asked us to leave. This kind of service is very disappointing and would not recommend anyone to encounter the same experience.

Restaurant closed, room service not available. Rooms looking tired. Not worth the premium prices charged.

Very nice hotel. Service is good even though they are under staff. Looking is far from Geelong but the tourist attractions are very good.

It is a natural hotspring bath inside a hotel. The hotspring is in an open place, naturally flowing water. It is the most beautiful experience you can have in winter. There is also hotels and motels to stay and explore cuisines. You have to prebook rooms and hotspring bath. There are also thermal swimming pool and other facilities. But this hotspring bath is the best amongst all. Loved it.

Bed was Comfy, Room was Big with big ensuite also. Views on 2nd floor were nothing special & the key card to Room took 3 times walking down to reception to finally get someone to come up & open it.they said they would look after us but nothing recieved. Buffet breakfast ok for $20 if pre booked but nothing fancy. Hot Springs were the Best & so relaxing.highly recommend them
