We stayed one night. Didn’t really receive much info about facilities (or anything really) when we checked in as they were obviously understaffed or something but they were really polite. Room was clean and relatively modern but we were disappointed for the price we paid, even given it was peak season it seems it was an astronomical markup and unfortunately we just expected a bit more. Pretty standard motel vibe. We feel slightly ripped off and probably won’t be back for that reason alone. All the best.

It's an ok first time experience but given the lack of privacy, people noise, CCTV over every pool it loses any illusion of a sanctuary for relaxation. Add to that additional charges for the use of towels and lockers on an already steep admission price and the place feels like a money making enterprise. The hotel rooms are also very ordinary for the price and do not include access to the springs. You're better off sleeping and eating five minutes away in town

My partner and I stayed at the penthouse and it was huge! 2-bedrooms with a bigger kitchen, living room and bathtub perfect to stay. The room is clean. Nice ocean view. Hot spring is amazing! We love all experiences here. Definitely will come back!

Really nice rooms a great service. Not far from the city centre, bar down stairs for a drink before you go out.

While sitting at the reception doing the covid check in, I noticed a number of people of varying nationalities being asked to put on a facial mask. I did not have a problem with this.however I did when others entered and were not asked to comply. Let's have equity. Very disappointing

Pretty much got no sleep from the noisy patrons above us. Think breakfast should be included considering the pricey rates. Coffee and breakfast was average. Some of the staff members look like they don't want to be there. I have to say the bath house was nice. That was the highlight of my stay.

We went for a last minute appointment and booked the 'relaxation infra red sauna' experience. Which was 40 mins, just the two of us in a sauna. The facility was clean and cosy. The staff at the desk was kind an friendly. Really recommend it. As we are traveling Australia in a Troopy it is nice to have some luxury from time to time. Thank you for making this a great experience. If you woul like to see our adventures around Australia in our Troopy, give us a follow @dorathebelgianexplorer (insta) see ya!

Terrible rooms for a 4.5 star, no decent lobby, way too cold and unclean indoor pool, most of all terrible service from staff from a so called 4.5 star rated hotel. I mean where does these stars come from? Ordered kids meals from restaurant - hour and half later food still wasn’t there, no apology when asked to cancel was just happy to cancel and excuse was “we have 80 rooms to serve not just your room”. Will never stay here for the money we spent. Hotel total failure ripping off people and can’t even be true to the “stars”

Friendly staff and the room was ok (carpet is very worn) and clean sure. BUT, our king bed was just two single beds pushed together (again not a deal breaker) but the bottom sheets were not fitted and barely covered top to bottom. Im 6’1 and my toes were onto mattress which even I couldn’t fix.

The star rating is surely through a loophole. Yes they have a spa, sauna, bath house… amazing right but you have to pay extra to use ANY of those facilities. NO special rates for hotel guest for these or the Hot Springs is surely a joke.

Just do yourself a favour, stay somewhere else, save the exorbitant money rooms cost here to then spend on the Hot Springs if that is your main reason for visiting.

The hot springs part was great. Went on a weekday so was super quiet and not crowded. It was much smaller than I'd imagined but still alot to see in the time slot. The dome was great for a healthy pit stop mid way through. Also visited the private bath house, was claustrophobic without windows and felt like a cupboard. Would have rathered the not-private bathhouse.
The hotel itself is pretty dated and in need of a deep clean (esp the carpets!). Super thin walls, can hear neighbours talking, tv, kids crying and walking above. Room service wasn't great, took forever and was a bit expensive. Couldn't book in for a massage 2 weeks before our stay as was already booked which was a bit disappointing. Somewhere to hang towels/bathers in the rooms would be handy.

OMGOODNESS! AMAZING!
Perfect, relaxing & clean. Organic food & drink, just what your body needs for detoxing. Many separate pools to accommodate any person's tolerance. Amazing staff! We spoke to a man who informed us of all the plants that come from the coastal shore.very professional & informative.
The hotel was clean, comfortable & friendly. The restaurants food was fresh & delicious!

We stayed here as a group on a tour with a set meal which I personally thought was very good, soup, chicken & hot pudding.

Our room on the 2nd floor had a distant sea view. However the walls seemed pretty thin I could hear the tv & the alarm going off in the room next door & people talking in the alley below.

Strange sliding bathroom wall!

Excellent service and very friendly staff.
Stayed at the hotel two weeks ago with my girlfriend. It was 4 hours drive for us but totally worth it.
The hot Springs they have there is very clean and not overcrowded (like Mornington).
And did I mention the staff was very friendly and super helpful?
Had an amazing time, will definitely come back.

Fabulous. Very relaxing. Pools are amazing, wear thongs as ground is sharp. Bring own towel & robe. Otherwise worth the money

3stars for the room although tired and showing it's age the bed is comfortable and a quiet night. Restaurant is terrible don't go there. They talk up a dining philosophy that is a lie. Food very ordinary and terribly cooked.
