The hot springs were lovely and therapeutic. Unfortunately the hotel was lacking in luxury. We had to leave a security deposit which was not mentioned in the booking process. The room was average with a glimpse of the sea but also a good view of the rubbish area in the neighbouring hotel. Room service was disappointing with delivery of a cold breakfast and overcooked eggs. After ringing management, we received a new breakfast which was slightly warmer, and certainly not impressive for the price, lacking in garnish and appeal. Overall we felt the hotel was well overpriced and service not overwhelming.

Staff and management training required asap. Spent $1100 booking two rooms for two nights and couldn’t even book in for a massage or facial. Was not allowed to see the hot springs set up. Paid $40 for 1 hr private bathing box, l left after 40 minutes as not relaxing due to 30 people crammed into communal pool outside my non sound proof room.sounded like I was at the footy. No priority given to hotel guests for treatments. No remote to increase volume of tv in bath box…no private shower or shower accessories. Went outside complex and spent $300 on my treatments. Hotels loss. Hotel rooms not soundproof - two nights of people walking on floor above me til 1am. $40 for steak in Ibis budget breakfast room - very depressing restaurant - uncomfortable seats, white hospital walls, $5 extra charge for room service. Told restaurant booked out and it was half empty for over 2 hours…loss of money for hotel. Couldn’t get a drink at bar in afternoon as no one knew what to do. They couldn’t even find a menu. Out of town guests like me stay here for the experience of being pampered and relaxed…. Got zero. Salt room was most relaxing experience. Three staff members knew what they were doing, the rest including managers need some retraining on customer service, hotel appearance and making this an experience to enjoy not a waste of my money!

Had a great morning at the hot Springs. Feel so good afterwards and the cold plunge pool is a must. Very enjoyable. Photo of us afterwards, don't we look refreshed!

The hotsprings were absolutely beautiful. All staff were lovely. I am already organising a weekend stay so I can go to the hotsprings again.

Clean and nice, small room. A shame that there was that no toaster or crockery available so we had to go buy breakfast which was a bit inconvenient. Expected a bit more for the price.

My favourite place to stay. The rooms are beautifully styled and super cosy and comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious with an extensive choice AND all the stuff are so friendly and welcoming

All in all was a great experience! To start with, this is the only place I have seen so far that allows kids above 5 years to enjoy such an experience. All other places are for adults only, I am sure they have their own reasons, however as a family we do look for such options so a big thank you to the Deep Blue Hot Springs team for this one.

The online booking process is simple and easy, they share the waiver details to be filled upfront before your arrival which I think save a lot of time for both parties. Upon arrival, the way information is shared is simple and easy to follow. The common/essential facilities shower, changing room, lockers all well maintained and handy. Best of they manage a session of two hours where guests don't feel pushed to finish their session or worry about staff constantly watching over. Kudos to the staff working at Deep Blue Hot Springs you folks are phenomenal! The experience is worth the time and money spent.

This hotel is incredibly noisy - not from guests but from extremely poor insulation/sound protection. I was kept awake until 12am and woken as early as 6am from noise. I should have heeded other reviewer's comments of this.

The floors are way too thin and its like being under wooden floorboards with people stamping on top of you. Its thump, thump, thump. The doors to rooms slam shut as there is no resistance on the swings. So you have slamming doors, thumping floors all around you.

Also, if you get put on the east side, all you hear is noise from the pools/bathhouse. They are only a few metres from balconies and the noise comes up from the open towers at the top of the building. It sounds like there is no double-glazing on the windows of the room.

Its a shame because the hotel staff were friendly, its a great location, and the room was nice. But all of this is pointless if you can't sleep! I would also add - what the point is having balconies where there are no chairs/tables to sit? Urgh.

I also ate at the restaurant. While the food was cooked well, it was extremely tasteless and bland on both nights I ate there. I also found the portion sizes out of whack. Someone really needs to work with the kitchen to better prep three course meals and actually taste the food. Wait staff was super friendly, even though it was clear some were still in training mode.

A great little spot, staff are friendly, only did the salt air experience and outdoor hot springs. Facilities are good well maintained, staff friendly and accommodating. Though I have to say not everyone that goes here knows this a place to relax and unwind. There's a few tourists that were loud and obnoxious. This is not a failing of the staff or facilities but it did ruin the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Perhaps management can message all guests before entering to keep their voice down while attending the hot springs as this is a place of relaxation.

The hot springs experience was brilliant however it feels like the complex is still trying to catch up with the tourists returning in their droves

The place is quite run down for the price they charge. We had to pay 340 dollar for a twin room with a balcony. The balcony wasn't usable at all. The package didn't have any breakfast added. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room. Quite disappointed.

Quite enjoyed the hot springs. They are an ideal choice for Winter time, even if it is raining.

Only experienced the hot springs facilities. Hotel rooms are not family friendly.
Book morning session during summer and it’s the best time as not too crowded. Overall is great experience n many choices of different temperature hot springs. Our family favorite is the rainforest ️ they even have an internal cafe!

Such a beautiful place. We absolutely loved the hot springs there. Very calm and relaxing with greater facilities. The place is so closed to the beach too. We had a great time at deep blue hot springs.

Don’t stay here. This was the third stop on our honeymoon road trip and was supposed to be the night of luxury. It was the most expensive accomodation we had booked and it was by far the most underwhelming. We paid $400 for the most basic, boring hotel room. Nothing luxurious or special about it at all. We had a balcony with lovely views of the car park and sides of buildings. The bed was hard and stiff. We could hear other guests through the walls. There was little to no detail given about facilities within the hotel and not very good instructions on how to actually get to our room. The wifi didn’t work and we had hardly any service in our room either. The restaurant wasn’t open during our stay so we couldn’t have breakfast there before heading to the hot springs which was annoying. For $400 a night I think you could find much, MUCH better value for your money. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
