The staff have no idea of stock levels in the store. Decathlon needs a better system that can be relied on.

These guys seem to think they are above being contacted by phone - you cant call them, there is no phone number on their website. You have to engage in chat with a bot that gives you automated responses or send an email and hope for the best.

Extremely friendly staff. I was looking for a drop bar for my bike and the guys from the shop guided me through the whole range and explained how to install it!

Will definitely come back to this store.

I went in there to buy some gear, got to the checkout and was told I had to sign up for a membership. They wanted my email etc. I told them I don't want a membership. They said I can't buy the items in my hand unless I sign up. So I left. What kind of business turns away paying customers? Decathlon does, that's who. They care more about getting your email than they do about selling sports gear.

Smaller stores than the ones through Europe but have great specials. Staff are helpful but don't go out of their way to ask if you need help

Went there for shopping and I remembered my bike seat dropper post clamp needed tightening. Usually, Decathlon stores allow bikes inside the store. Here I asked two - three store boys/girls before getting an answer that I can. The guy who said I can, was polite. I brought my expensive bike inside for the fix. I checked with the boy at repair shop and he checked what's the price of 'tightening' a screw on his laptop and said it will be $10. As I had to ride a long way back I said okay. He asked me to go pay first and come back to the repair counter. I sort of knew he didn't want me to see what he does with my bike. Big mistake! The guy at repair is rude and he asked the boy who was polite to me earlier to fix it. When I returned in a minute, they had finished the job, without even asking what height I prefer! And my dropper post won't go down! I thought they tightened way too far. I gave it back for checking. They asked "sir, you sure whether it was working before? " I didn't want to be rude as at least one of them was polite. The rude dude left the novice for the job. And he sheared the bolt off, without knowing all these bolts have a torque limit. He wasn't even using a torque wrench. After lot of fidgeting they asked me to leave the bike there. I said no. Now besides broken bolt, dropper post still wouldn't go down. In the one minute I was away they had managed to detach cable of the post inside! By this stage I had lost confidence. The rude dude returned and started carelessly removing sheared bolt from clamp. He had no idea what he was doing and he rendered the costly clamp scratched and useless. They didn't have any spares and they sent me back with a cheap, heavy, adjustable clamp which is useless on a dropper post! Horrible experience. Paid $10 and incurred loss of $45 and time. Even after all this, I am not angry on the boy who sheared it. He didn't know any better. He didn't have any training obviously. But the guy at the counter is a douche. Even after the mistake, he never apologized also further ruined my bike after first incident. Nomore decathlons. I unfortunately didn't have my bike tools here. Now I will have to buy them again to avoid such stuff.

P. S.the plastic water bottle i bought same day has already got cracks. Cheap material.

A very large sporting warehouse, all sorts of sporting gear and clothing too. Many items on special and considerably cheaper than other sporting stores. Membership via supplying your email address was offered, in exchange I was given a small back pack, nice one, may be an opening special?

Amazing prices! Very helpful staff. Women's clothes seem to be very good quality and comfortable. Some strange sizes though. Size 2 swimwear for my 5 month old!
Finding men's clothes for my husband was difficult, couldn't find the correct fitting size.
My daughter uses the free bag (can buy it for around $4) all the time given on the open day, Perfect size for for swimming.

Huge range of gear for just about any sport imaginable, from Archery to horse riding and Kayaking. Well priced too, with a kids range in most ranges. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with Decathlon. The range was amazing with a lot of their own brand products which seemed to be of high quality. The thing that amazed me the most was the cost, I don't not think I have seen such amazing value for such high quality products. Well worth a visit for all your spring goods.

Wanted to purchase a exspensive road bike but was unable to trial it out side the store, tell me how do you known the bike is compatible with your style of riding if you can't use it. Went to a proper shop with bikes only and purchased a great bike, your loss you loosers.

Great variety and demo items. Was surprised that other brands such as Nike and Roxy were available in addition to Decathalon house brands.

The store is new, well stocked and the prices are good. Getting the attention of an employee can be a bit tricky but overall it was a good experience.

Was coming in to have a look with my kids with no intention of buying up a lot as we’ve just had two expensive birthdays back to back. Until saw afterpay in store signs on entry. So thought ok I’ll grab a bunch of things if the kids are keen. So spent an hour and a half cruising the aisles with a cranky 3yo and my older son. Had great customer assistance from the young lady who help us pick out a pair of roller blades for my son. Everything was ok, prices were good but limited known brands. Was very limited men’s swimwear. Went to the registers, the self service is very confusing with a hand scanner, also some weird basket scanner. No staff were there to assist at self service. After the one counter staff member was done and I asked for help as it was double scanning everything and I had to keep deleting items. Then I asked about afterpay. I was taken to the register, there was confusion, then manager called, then calls made, then sorry we’re locked out of the system. They said I could do an online click and collect and come back and get it. With a cranky 3yo and my patience gone I said “I don’t have hours spare to itemise everything, drive off sort the kids and come back and get it. ” A disappointing result, after clear signs of afterpay in store. Feel bad writing a bad review after good assistance with roller blades. But was a frustrating experience.
